Door to room is damaged, the yale lock on the door is broken and the keypad does not work, repair job done before I arrived did not work. I felt leaving my stuff in my room was not safe when i was not there due to the fault lock

TV remote dead, toilet seat lose, inner security door not securing, room cold ( found out next day radiator turned off) Sugar in paper bag left open to elements and insects not in a jar. No mirrors at all in any rooms just large bare walls. Dead spiders in cobwebs in Windows area. Couldn't figure out how to operate lock, is electronic but looks like black glass, you have to place closed fingers back of hand against it before digits appear, luckily another Tennant was there. A sign wouldn't have gone amiss.

Big room, was quiet but was nice and mostly clean, was a nice stay, the power sockets are behind the dresser and one bedside cabinet. I would stay again and bring my own triple A batteries for the 42" Tv remote that had a missing back cover) it did the job and there are shops bang downstairs and a takeaway across the road that opens at least about 9am, I got a lamb kebab but the bread was not fresh and it was luke warm ( I'll check next time). There's a nice sit in patisserie about 30 seconds walk away, looked very posh and new. If we had more time would have tried some cakes they looked tasty.

Smelt like cigarettes and people were loud in the building playing music etc. so didn't sleep the greatest. the noise was outside wasn't the problem it was other guests

The mattress on the bed was old and could feel the metal springs. Shower head in bathroom not fixed. Could be cleaner.

Wifi didn’t work, so couldn’t have my meetings online. There was only one loo roll and some other guest dropped it so it was wet, was disgusting. Shower was broken

The bed is very uncomfortable, I could feel everything underneath. A bit more furniture would be good. I did not know where to find the WiFi codes, so I had no WiFi.

The shops and bars were located very close. The train station was within 10 minutes walk.

The fact we didn't get the code to check in until 4.34pm and check in was before 3. There was also a man wandering around at 5am at night inside the building shouting at people and banging on doors, very frightening. Although room was clean I wouldn't stay here again.

Unfortunately - having come from an apartment with a freezer a lot of our food went waste - no freezer in this accomodation. They need to remove the shower gels and deal with the issue they are hiding We discovered that you could simply push open our room door. You need to secure the lock. So it does not push open. TV quite small and reception is bad. A bigger TV could fit into that space The couple next door to us couldn't get into their room and there was no number available to help them. Luckily we were able to assist. If not they would have spent the night sleeping on the stairs

The sheets and towels were clean. The room was clean. For £80 is it worth it?

The street was very loud the doors was hard to access with no staff available to facilitate any possible problems that may arise the bedding had marks on it the WiFi was available but was unable to connect due to poor signal no washer facilitated to clean your clothes

Next door number 3 there where spoking weed that made it difficult to sleep I got headache and chest pains through out the night. Generally the place is very clean especially the bed linen
