There is no lift to the rooms.

The neighborhood is safe and has a lot of supermarkets and stores and restaurants. There are 2 subway lines which are close to walk also bus options. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The towels and beds are clean.

It could be a bit noisy as our room overlooked a busy street.

Location of the hotel. Lots of amenities nearby. Close to the underground. Although the hotel didn't have a restaurant you got a lovely continental breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Good sized room and it had air conditioning.

So close to the apollo and Hammersmith station. Staff were all lovely, rooms clean, perfect for a group of friends. The little continental breakfast to the room in the morning is perfect if you've been out late and are a bit delicate.

location was great. 5 min walk to the Hammersmith Appolo where we were visiting for a concert. room was small but had everything needed for our stay. All the stay we saw were friendly and welcoming.

The noise from the street was a bit much at times, but other than that - everything was absolutely perfect.

Great location, just 5 minutes from Hammersmith station. Friendly and supportive staff - Aranit welcomed us, recommended a room, organized breakfast for our tight deadline. I really appreciated his support. The room was small (but we were made aware of it), spotless and comfortable.

So many stsues to get to the bedrooms. I don't remember that mentioned. One part of the hotel has a lift but not the part we were in.

I had booked a cosy room and on arrival we were told it would be too small so we're upgraded to a bigger room. The breakfast was delivered to our room. It was a continental style breakfast, which we prefer. It contained a nice range of goodies

No fault of the hotel, but main road noisy at times. . .

The fantastic welcome! Such friendly staff, made myself and my mum feel very special. .we were upgraded to a larger room which was amazing! The location is perfect for the tube and Eventim Apollo. . Very clean, spacious and modern. .The carpet felt bouncy and brand new,! Loved the bed/pillows. .very comfortable. .The t.v was huge! Was so happy the windows opened wide, I dont like just relying on air.con. . The courtesy phone call to check how we liked the room was such a kind gesture. . The bathroom was spotless! The toilettries smelt amazing . Nice breakfast box to take away too. . Loved it all. .

The room was quite noisy, and the door to the extension of the hotel was hard to locate at night. Reception was closed at check out (behind a locked door), so ended up poking my keycard through the side of the door to return it. No lift.

The bed was comfortable, and bottled water was supplied. Reception staff on check in came to assist in locating the extension of the hotel (the hotel is split between two locations)

No iron in room. And didn’t like the pan eu chocolate for breakfast would have preferred plain croissant but apart from those small points everything great.

Exceptional service from receptionist. He was dealing with another customer before us who had encountered a problem he handled amazingly and continued great service, polite, friendly and welcoming to every customer.

I tried two rooms ( two stays). The first room was acceptable but very small and kind of gloomy as facing into a small service courtyard. The second was much bigger nicer, brighter ( but it faced the street so a little noisy at night if open window. )

I love the location. The rooms and bathrooms felt very clean. They did a vegan version of the breakfast for me. ( The breakfast was a croissant, juice, fruit, cereal bar brought to your room in a little box). I thought it was a good idea. The windows open for fresh air ( There is also air conditioning) and newish clean bathroom).

Door entry felt safe . Central location for Hammersmith . Beds were comfortable . Staff were really friendly and helpful Breakfast in bed was nice , thought I would miss a buffet breakfast but it was as a great start to the day .

Nothing. They gave us just one key, but that might be our fault as we never asked for a second one.

We told them in advance that one of us had a knee problem and they were very attentive and responsive even before securing our reservation, allocating us a room just next to the lift and to the reception, and checking on us during our stay to be sure everything was OK. We didn't complain about the breakfast, as we were fully aware about it before booking, yet the manager? owner?, with whom we stumbled upon at the hall, felt compelled to tell us that they're working on that too. So we look forward to that being improved but we'll be back again anyway as the room was big, clean and comfortable, a rare find overall compared to previous stays in London.
