Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandIt is not a hotel, it is a serviced hotel apartment. I was on a business trip and had in mind to schedule some meetings in the lobby. And the surprise that there is not reception or lobby wasn’t funny.

United KingdomSome things that is not necessarily bad, but can be useful to consider/ask when booking: I can't remember if there was a lift, we used the stairs. There is not a physical space for breakfast. They deliver a box to your room. It contained fruit, yogurt, croissant, a bar, Nutella and chocolate. It was good and I don't have allergies, so I am not sure how varied their options are (gluten free, vegan, etc.)
I only stayed for one night. The location it's great. It's 5min walk from Hammersmith underground/bus stop, so it's very easy to get there and to go anywhere in central London. There are lots of cafes/restaurants/pubs nearby, but it's not noisy at night. The staff was really helpful and friendly, they made sure we were ok. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom very spacious. In general it's a great place to stay and I recommend it.

It was a very central location, easy for public transport & walking. We were kindly given a room next to my sister even though it was an accessible room with an enormous bathroom. Very spacious.

BarbadosI asked in advance if the lift was working and if there were rooms with twin beds. The lift was still inoperable when we arrived and we weren't traveling light. The profile on booking.com needs to reflect - lift out of service. Also the room right next to ours had twin beds, so we weren't being told the truth which isn't cool.
The location of the hotel is the top seller! Near to two tube stations, restaurants and shopping. Getting to anywhere in london from the hotel is a no brainer. Naim checked us in and changed our room ( our allocated room was too small to accommodate our luggage) and made sure our suitcases were brought to our room. He was professional, courteous and reliable! Breakfast was served in a box through daily delivery. It was a nice touch. Rooms and hotel were super clean. Bathroom worked very well.

United StatesThe size of our room was claustrophobic.
The staff is fabulous. They are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is very well located with pubs, restaurants, stores, the tube, and a grocery all within a few blocks. Our room unfortunately was very small and no room to move. There are bigger, more comfortable rooms. Make sure to check dimensions. Breakfast is fair. It is a plain continental breakfast brought to your room which is nice. We don't care much for breakfast so a light one was more than enough. Definitely recommend this hotel. Great location to attend Wimbledon and tour central London.

United KingdomWe were located on top floor and no lift, which is fine if your fit not used to stairs. The room said "cosy" which means cosy, which is again fine as it was just some where to.put your head down, only real thing I didn't like was the small.smell of damp, which soon disappeared when you were there, that's probably because there were NO windows only a dorma window which you were not able to.access other than the electric switch to close off the light. These are minor details, however an overall excellent stay

IrelandHaving breakfast in the room is not the best choice if the room is not large enough. It wasn't easy to open the window.
Nice hotel, clean and close to Hammersmith station. Quiet room. Friendly staff. The lift was out of order but they helped me take my suitcase up the stairs. They provide water, coffee, and cookies. Comfortable bed, great lighting in the room and good AC. Great price, I would book again.

United KingdomNothing really. I'd point out that this is a hotel in a really busy mega-city...so space is not exactly what anyone should be expecting... despite this, the rooms are really nice and they made the most out of the available space.
It was nice as before. I can only recommend, if you want to stay in the city already but still within easy reach of Heathrow Airport.

United KingdomSlightly tricky to turn off the tv as the remote didn’t always work easily.
The location worked well for what I needed and the staff were so incredibly accommodating from web contact through to my stay. Thank you Seraphine and especially Aranit for answering my questions and being such a big help! The breakfast was a lovely start to the day and delivered at a time to suit. The room was large and comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure which was needed at the end of a busy day!

United KingdomWe were on the third floor and the lift was out of action - under repair...other than that it would have been excellent allround.
We arrived to find we'd been upgraded to a slightly larger room - which was spotless, very pleasant and very comfortable - that guy on reception was lovely, polite, friendly and cheery...couldn't fault it.

The newly renovated hotel is excellent; great location and good value. I had a beautiful room that was spotlessly clean. The breakfast in a box was handy too. Well done to Aranit for providing exemplary customer service. You certainly went out of your way to make the stay a good one when you heard I was disappointed that the lift wasn't working!
