The bed squeaked A LOT and got annoying FAST and the slats under the bed kept coming off and i had to lift the bed and fix it at least 4 times and it happened while we were sleeping so you can imagine the shock of sudden falling like that. For the price said id thought theyd have a better bed. Disappointed

Getting an invoice from the property for my stay was a mission. Waiting for the invoice for 2 months and counting.

The text with instructions on how to access the property didn't arrive before I needed to check in, so that caused a few anxious moments. However, the owner of the Apartment picked up my call quickly and the problem was sorted. I forgot that when something is advertised with a private bathroom that it means it is separate, so the lovely clean bathroom is across the hallway and since it is in a shared apartment, you have keys to both bedroom and bathroom. It's fine - just remember your pyjamas.

A nice clean room and bathroom in an apartment block. Fantastic view across the docklands. Easy access once I had the keys. 5 minutes walk from the excel centre, 10 minutes from Customs House station.

Conditions, windows wouldn’t close an extraction fan in room very noisy all day and night noisy as the local plans took off because the windows wouldn’t close. No water supplied in room and no fire safety notes in room

I stayed in Apartment 73. When I stepped into the apartment, everywhere was smelling of cigarette and it was choking. The room ad said it was a non-smoking facility, but whoever was in the next room had made the whole apartment to be smelling of cigarettes. While the room ad said I'd get a private bathroom, it didn't say the bathroom was not in the room, and I didn't like that. The doors lock when you step out. This meant that every time I needed to use the bathroom, I had to go with the keys, I just wish I knew the situation before arriving. The sheets and everything looked nice but the throw pillows were smelling like they hadn't been washed in months. I could not use them, and I had to put them on the floor for the period I was there. When I laid on the mattress, I could tell that the bed frame was either broken or incorrectly placed, so in the two nights I spent there, lying on the bed felt like I was lying on a slope. I left there with body pains. I do not think I got value for my money.

I'm only happy with the fact that the apartment is very close to the location of the conference I attended, and the room was in order and well decorated.

Door was broken, utility was dirty and smelled, fridge way held up by wood, TV didn't work. And instructions to enter where unclear.

- The hallway sticks of cold smoke. Someone clearly smokes in the property as a fresh smoke smell comes into the room and also the bathroom. It must be the tenant in the 'private' room. - There is a single lock on the bedroom door which is of very poor quality. The second one doesn't work. - I don't recommend staying here as a single woman! It doesn't feel safe at all. - Also, I had no contact with anyone in person that makes it feel very dodgy.

- The room itself was very nice, big and clean. - I think it's a good alternative to stay for students.

Actually this was a bad stay honestly. Wifi is not working. Supposed to be for non-smokers but it's not. Bad smell everywhere + someone from next room smoked like hell. And as you have joined corridor and a bathroom (private, key locked) across I had to deal with smoke. Not nice. everything smelled like an old pub. Window shades are broken, bed is uneven. AC broken. Well pillows were fine, same for view. But never again. Really shame as this has such a big potential.

There were things broken: shower head holder, other parts in the shower, desk lamp, 1 window could not open. Key pick up was a 10 minute walk, and communication about that was missing at first. The location of the apartment did not show clearly in google maps. Air conditioning was missing on the hot days.

Location was perfect if you need to be in the congress centre. The view was amazing.

I did not like the fact the blinds did not close, the thermostat was broken & only 1 window would open which then made me very hot during the night. The bathroom shower hose was split which the water spilled out of the sides which made the floor wet. I was told there was another female staying there but I hear male voices in the room next door. I don't mind it's just that I asked and was told it was only 2 of us there.

I like the comfort of the bed, location and the fact it was a small intimate room. The arrangement to get the keys was accessible and well instructed with all the details sent to me personally via WhatsApp.
