Hotel was a B & B as the bar in the evening was not open so went to the pub across the road. The hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable. It is just basic but well worth the money

Needs double glazing, and corridors- doors slamming all night. Assume the hotel is being renovated, lots of scaffolding.

Didn’t sleep due to music/ band noise from pub over road which was on until gone 12pm, also very loud family upstairs running about early hours

On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful reception lady who explained the parking system to us .We had an upgrade to a Seaview room which was very clean and had all the facilities you would require including hairdryer iron and ironing board and a fan. There was also tea and coffee making facilities. We had our dog with us so a table was provided just outside the restaurant which was very convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall we were very happy with our one night stay.

Exceptional value for a budget hotel. Great room and fabulous staff. Due to a misunderstanding we missed breakfast but staff cooked us a full English! Great location.

Breakfast was fair most of the cooked items were cold. They need to turn up the temperature of their hot plates. If they did that would give it 10 out 10.

Room has a funny smell and the windows were blown making it difficult to see the Seaview. Breakfast was Luke warm with poor quality ingredients.

Nothing bad really, the net in front of the window is a little annoying but okay. noise from the neighbour at night woke us up a bit.

Pictures of the outside of the hotel are nothing like real life! Bathroom was very dated and the carpet and flooring could do with an update.

Nothing i didnt like,shower leaked though but i told someone about this and didnt spoil our stay.

The friendly lady who always greeted us at reception wth a smile.and all receptionists very helpful.large room sea view great breakfast comfy bed.great value for money we wil be staying again soon.budget hotel but all you need,in old victorian hotel.

It was ever so cold of a night we couldn’t figure out how to work the heater in the room. Parking was a bit hard to find

The fantastic Seaview and the very friendly sea goals that popped in to say hello The shower was powerful and the water was very hot Breakfast was nice. It could do with a little bit of improving as far as variety however the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We slept very well. It was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect walking distance to the pier, local restaurants and the town Centre The room came provided with tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer and the hotel was happy to provide us with extra towels

Don't get why toasters behind a counter at breakfast when it's a help yourself buffet? Terrible pillows on bed.
