United KingdomFor a Fri night the bar was closed at 11pm which was disappointing. Opted to 'go green' in exchange for £5 behind the bar. Failed to use it, which is completely my fault, I understand but would of used it then 😂 The bed was comfy however the pillow not so much. Would definitely stay again just bring my own pillow with me.
Cleanliness was at a high. There seemed to be cleaners around all the time cleaning which is great. The food was decent and fairly priced.

United KingdomFor the price paid the room was great . Really big bedroom, comfy bed, lounge area and bathroom huge also. Bath huge and fills up really quick . Lovely view over garden patio area. We had access to the pool but it was a bit disappointing. It was really really busy, not really relaxing. It was a Saturday though. The changing rooms were full of used towels everywhere and it was freezing in there . So we spent 15 mins in the pool and decided to get out and didn’t go back in. Restaurant food was very nice . Breakfast was fab 😊Overall it was very nice break .

The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and my granddaughter loved having a big bed to herself ! Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

room was not clean and when i asked at reception the lady stated that nobody could help until monday. we reported a faulty safe and lady stated that could not be sorted until monday either :( the gowns that were rented appeared like worn out but she informed us that they were new and all one size but i measured infront of her . we required one plus size but not available.

United KingdomI wasn’t allowed to use my voucher for not having my room cleaned retrospectively. I hadn’t understood how it worked and thought I could just apply it when I paid my final bill which included bar meals.
The location was good for the NEC - about 35 mins away. My room was ground floor with ease of access to the spacious car park. The staff were so obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. I was given an upgrade on arrival because I had a dog.

ThailandFans outside the room (under the window) were so loud. No heating in the room, only a/c which did not heat. Radiator was not on. Walls in the room were dull and marked. Expensive for a night night stay- £95 without breakfast or access to the spa.
The room was huge, as was the bed. All towels and bedding clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Bathroom seemed to have been updated. Was here for a convention so was good to be able to stay on site.

United KingdomWe couldn't get dinner in the restaurant due to bookings for dinner packages however the bar staff said we could choose bar or restaurant menu in the bar so we were sorted out quickly. The children's hours in the swimming pool are very restrictive and clash with meal times. My granddaughter only managed to get 15 minutes on the first day and had to get out even though there was no one else in the pool.
The location was a little tricky to find due to an industrial area blocking access from one direction and there was also roadworks involving a diversion close to the hotel, but we soon navigated it.

I do think the food and drink was well over priced. £15 for a salad and £5 to add a topping- I went for the prawns and only got given 2 prawns, the breakfast was nothing you wouldn't get in a travel lodge. But overall the rooms and spa were lovely.

United KingdomI cannot believe how much I had to pay on booking.com. 1 night cost me £173 because breakfast was not included and neither was the spa facilities so had to pay for them separately. Our evening meal wasn’t very nice but the breakfast made up for that.

The problem with the card had to get it fixed repeatedly Female Spa bathrooms need to be cleaned more frequently We stayed for three nights; the housekeeping forgot to clean our room despite the sign displayed outside. Their routine cleaning involved just changing the mugs and towels. They don’t make the bed or Vaccum the room as you would usually expect in a 4-star hotel.
