Tiny bathroom & toilet (for cosmonauts, apparently), water on the floor (instaling a sliding door would make a huge difference). Bed bug found on the sliding curtain. No towels and toilet paper provided by default. No chairs in the room.

Location: very good. 15-20 minutes' walk to Euston station, Regents park, etc. Room: entrance by passcode, light is switched off automatically at 23:00. Lockers are present. Bed: Clean bed and linen (make the bed yourself, though). Soft bed, pillow is firm enough. Local light, sliding curtain. Spacious common area inside and outside.

Bit awkward trying to make your own bed on arrival as it was quite late at night and I was top bunk. The amount of noise you could hear with people walking past your door and in the corridor.

Bathroom is very small and flooded after someone took a shower. Toilet not clean (which was due to other guests not the cleaning standards of the hostel!)

The dorm room felt a bit small but they serve the purpose well. Even the addition of a foldable chair would have been really helpful in the room.

The common space is nicely decorated and gives a spacious vibe. The kitchen area is functional and having separate toilets outside of the shower space is a great use of space. Great Camden location close to the action.

Bathroom is very small and gets easily damp everywhere - also cause the shower is not properly enclosed. Probably a bath mat outside the room would be a good idea. - USB ports near beds charge very slowly (but there are sockets in the room)

If you're looking for a budget hotel this is really the one for you. The space was quite constricted but not too bad for a private room. it was for two straight days that the fire alarmed around 1am. Everytime it was a false alarm.

The room was pretty clean. We stayed for 2 days and the room service was excellent. The bed is comfortable and we got extra pillow each so thats on the plus side! Location wise its accessible near Euston and there's a bus station in front. 9/10 for me. Ps on a hot day in London, the AC was excellent!

Basic but enough!! Large enough room with private bathroom, despite being on the front was quiet. Staff were friendly and ideally placed for st Pancras - just a 20min walk :)

Location seemed like not the safest area, toilet seat in our room was broken.

Staff was very nice and helpful, all the common areas were really clean, room had a GREAT ac, which was a lifesaver in 30 degree heat.

I had an issue with bed bugs in the second room I was in, this is obviously because of people bringing them not the hostels fault at all. But I have had a bad experience with this in the past but was put at ease by the staff. It would have been nice to be refunded my last day as I was a little close to booking elsewhere but as this is the season for bed bugs didn’t want to risk worse tbh. Overall they handled this very well as once again it was not their fault

Amazing kitchen facilities and beautiful outdoor terrace. I was only staying here while my flat was renovated and I’m glad I chose here!

The bathrooms are extremely small and could be limiting to people with any mobility challenges as well as the 3 decker beds. Also, use of the laundry facilities are very limited so ask at the start of your stay!

Great indoor and outdoor common area and renovated kitchen (though the kitchen facility section is small). Felt safe and in a great location!

No chairs in the rooms, which are very small. The area to do the dishes in is small and gets crowded during breakfast.

Very affordable. 3 min walk to Underground. 24 h open reception. Lots of restaurants nearby. The hostel and the street below were quiet at night, despite the 'thin walls'. We had a 6-bed room to ourselves (family of 5).

The beds are very small and uncomfortable. Mine was also missing part of the curtains. Its ok for 1/2 days but for longer I would say get a more comfortable place even if it has worse location.

The location is great! The female room has a bathroom inside the room which is also nice. Someone came to clean room and bathroom right after I arrived and in the day after.
