United KingdomI stayed two nights. Sunday morning, the breakfast had a wonderful choice. But the following morning, they had no salmon left, no greek yoghurt and no muffins. The maid needs to learn to knock before entering. Barged in Sunday morning and tried twice the following morning but learnt to lock my door!!! The aircom wasnt working in the gym.

United KingdomSlightly worn carpets. And if I came for the spa I would have expected more although for the price of the b&b it was far better than I would have expected so the pool was actually like a bonus for me! Dogs loved running around on the grass straight from our patio
The view and sunset was unbelievably beautiful and sort of unexpected. Staff very attentive and nice, pool was big bonus, the dinner was very tasty. The chips were perfect and I had the seabass perfectly cooked and husband had the fish and chips. The crumble was the best I’ve had!

Always happy to return back to the Soar, whether i am alone, or with the family. Food is always excellent and it is also so nice to use the spa facilities. This time i also had a massage with Niki and that was great too.

There to celebrate my 60th birthday. Originally booked a 2 night stay, but spa therapist wasn’t there for a facial and massage so we changed the booking. We Loved this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were brilliant as I spilt some coffee 5 minutes after being there. Food was exceptional. Went for a walk down to the cove, such a beautiful place.

Fabulous little hotel tucked away, clean and tidy. Good food and attentive staff. Has a fab little pool and I made use of the spa facilities and booked a massage which was fantastic.

The stunning views. We saw stags on the hillside close to the hotel. The food (dinner and breakfast) was exceptional. The waitress on our first night (Tues, Nov 19) was really friendly and helpful.

Our stay was so relaxing. The scenery and view beautiful. We watched deer playing in field. The room was spacious with everything you could want plus more. I had the pool at to myself. The breakfast so yummy. The staff were kind and helpful. We brought 2 dogs with us (our princesses) and they were welcomed. We were able to enjoy luxury which is not common when you bring dogs.

Always have had a great stay at soar mill cove. It has beautiful views from the lounge and dining room and just feels like a really chilled place.
