Parking is not great - as it has lots to do on site the parking is limited.

Great place to stay - Hotel was clean and staff were lovely and very helpful. Lots of things to do - Brilliant Beer Hall next door (didn’t hear any noise at bedtime, the Emporium Restaurant - the food was amazing and despite not booking, managed to fit us in. Overall a great stay

No big issue but there is Limited parking on site but just a couple of mins up the road there was a pay n display car park.

Rooms at the hotel were immaculate and clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Lovely location in Clitheroe. I stayed there with my husband attending a close friend’s wedding and couldn’t fault it. I would highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast menu is a little limited for a hotel of this rating.

Nice hotel situated in the centre of Clitheroe. I was in room 14 which I found very pleasant with everything I needed. Parking is available onsite at the price of £10 per day and can be quite busy. I managed to park in the strret behind the hotel which is covered by the hotel cctv and is free.

Very thin adjoining walls & the person next door had the TV blaring all night. The war film was so loud we were ducking the flying bullets.

Noise from road. Unable to open windows. Loose metal manhole cover on road outside window caused a loud 'clack, clack' every time a vehicle passed over it. Informed desk.

    Good breakfast. Staff helpful.

Parking could be a problem on very busy evenings, although I was lucky to park before the rush.

£10 for overnight parking.. The duvet was heavier/hotter than we would choose. Whilst the road outside is fairly quiet there is a loose manhole cover which makes an unfortunate noise and disturbed our sleep.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The room and en-suite were spacious, comfortable and clean and the dining area is wonderful. The central location is great and the beer hall, cafe and deli on site are brilliant.

Was disappointed the onsite bistro is not open in the evenings for meals. We had to go to the emporium for a more bistro experience and was disappointed by the service there. Overall would still go back as really enjoyed our stay

Lovely venue and lots adjacent to the hotel to do. Beer hall is a must as is the food hall.

We arrived early at 1:20, so wasn't expecting to check in, left out luggage and went next door at Holmes Mill for lunch. When we checked in after 3pm we were given our key card and a 15% discount voucher for Holmes Mill, shame they didn't give it to us earlier as we could have saved on lunch

Location, right next door to Holmes Mill and the Everyman theatre. I wasn't expecting the room to be as nice and spacious as it was, as only paid £57 for a Monday night stay.

    Nothing to dislike.

Seemless check in. Very comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean, warm. Great atmosphere in the hotel and the bars, cafes next door. Check in staff, Sylvia, warm, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to staying again, especially when the weather gets a bit better to take advantage of the outdoor seating areas.
