The only thing that I didn't like was the room number that we were in. We were in room 4 which overlooked the hotel back yard containing some industrial fan/air conditioning units.

The cleanliness and presentaion of the property was impeccable. The furnishings were modern and luxurious. We were able to park closeby on the street for free. The location was fantastic next to the river and the facilities nearby with the Bowlands Brewery pub and foodhall were excellent.

There is not a thing we didn't like.

LOVED EVERYTHING! Check clerk was so kind and helpful. The bed super comfy, the shower had the best water pressure. You could stay in this little center the whole trip and have a lovely time! There is a bowling alley, pub and dining hall all within a few steps.

Very late check in of 230pm Ridiculously early check out of 10:30am I ask the hotel politely to alter this as it let's the overall welcoming nature down.

Can't really comment, everything appeared to be spot on.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The shower, excellent and the towels got changed everyday, very, very clean. We were able to park on the street just at the side of the Spinning Block which was a bonus, no parking fees. Plenty to do just outside the hotel, bistro, drinking hall, food hall, bowling alley and cinema and plenty of seating area outside to take in the sunshine whilst having a refreshing drink. The staff were polite and helpful on arrival and also on departure also the staff in the bars were all very polite, nothing to much trouble. Location handy for everywhere in the town, restaurants, pubs, cafes shops and the excellent open market.

Nothing at all, everyone and everything about this place was so good, a really good vibe from start to finish.

Easy on site parking which helped make you fell positive, followed by easy and very polite check in then the wow factor when i open the door to my room, to say i was pleased would be an under statement.
