Would appreciate decaf coffee in the room. Ensuite really needs a stronger extractor fan as it gets very bad condensation which drips from the towel rail onto the floor after shower use. It could do with something to put clothes/suitcase on .. perhaps a lower chest of drawers.

Wonderful breakfast and very comfortable pillows and bed. Sadly we were only there for one night. Everything was beyond expectations and we would be very happy to stay again. The staff were lovely and helpful. No problem with my request for gluten free food for dinner and breakfast.

Nothing could have been better.

A wonderful location, it is easy to understand why it is so popular for weddings and occasions. The staff were super friendly, Robert called me on the way there and arranged something for me to eat, as I was arriving late. Little things that make a huge difference. I have booked twice more already, that says it all, I think.

Beautiful room and hotel. Lovely, helpful staff, very quiet and peaceful location. Bath was amazing with gorgeous views. Breakfast was perfect. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was stunning.

Only thing that disappointed us was the lack of view from our bedroom window. Such a shame when the grounds are so lovely. The grounds must look wonderful when the rhododendrons are in full bloom!

Location is remote, so expect to use the hotel bar / restaurant. The staff are always friendly, attentive and welcoming. Food is superb, rooms large and clean, and overall the house and grounds amazing - certainly different from the usual hotel expectations..

All was great.

All was great - staff were fantastic, so welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious - and amazing value. The room was wonderful and the bed so comfortable. The property is charming - with a function room, ballroom, games room and on it goes. Expansive and well kept grounds and so secluded. This was such a lucky find - we were just stopping over on our drive up to the Highlands. We will certainly be back.

We booked the Honeymoon suite. Oh my word, it was palatial. There was a separate shower and bathroom, with gallons of hot water. The evening meal was delicious. Robert was very friendly and had a good chat with him. What a gem, trips to the Highlands will always include a stop here on the way up.

Beautiful location, lovely cottage with extremely helpful and friendly staff. It was wonderful to have our own space with family in cottage but option to have breakfast etc in the main hotel. Breakfast was amazing!! The main house is beautiful and the most lovely grounds with lots of wildlife. Added bonus of car charging on site! Highly recommend for a break and looking forward to returning in spring/ summer.

We stayed at Springkell just for the one night to break up the journey from the Scottish Highlands. We wanted to stay somewhere different and a little grand to treat ourselves on our last night of our trip. Springkell was exactly what we wanted. The staff were so lovely. We were shown around and made to feel very welcome. The family room we stayed in was huge! Very comfy beds, lovely and warm room. The ensuite had a great shower that had awesome pressure over a lovely long, deep bath. We all had a great night's sleep. We arrived late in the afternoon and wish we could have explored the grounds more. The menu for the evening meals looked delicious, but we have a fussy 6 year old eater, so travelled 15 minutes down the road to The Station Hotel for a really great pub meal. We had breakfast at Springkell and we all enjoyed our chosen meal, even the fussy 6 year old! Springkell host many weddings and I can see why. It's a beautiful, welcoming home with great staff. I would love to go back when we are in the UK next.
