Too noisy downstairs in the pub

I would have liked separate wash facilities outside of the room because when I arrived at 6pm other guests were sleeping in the room, so I couldn't put the light on to get changed and the only mirror didn't have it's own light so I had to go without makeup.

The sink from bathroom but for the price I paid ,I think everything was good enough.

The room was clean and warm,the bed was very comfortable.The location is very nice,close to bus stop,shops and underground station. Very good experience.

Nothig at all really

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'd had my phone stolen in Camden Town, and one of the receptionists/bar staff was very supportive, being kind enough to allow me to use her phone to contact my mother about what happened, and to contact my bank to freeze my online account. Nice communal area downstairs to chat with others who were staying the night, and the bar itself had a warm atmosphere.

However, distance between the middle bed and the upper was so small that I couldn’t sit on the bed without having to bend my head. I had to sleep as I was experiencing pain in my neck. The bathroom too was so small that you couldn’t stretch your hand while bathing without hitting it against the wall. Looks like they were so stingy with space. The bar was also too noisy with loud music till around 12am

The bathrooms had wet towels on floor which smelled across the room , probably been there for couple days. Paid deposit 2£ when checked in, then check out and checked to other room and was requested to pay deposit again! I didnt because i didnt get deposit back from first check out, and when i checked out again , i been told i didnt pay anything and they dont take responsibility for that. So guys are smiley, welcomming but dont expect more from them. - Area is popular for yung people but also dodgy with rude vulgar violent people. Very different from Sw London.

Polish lady on reception nice. I was pleased the rooms werent overheathed.

The shower, only a push button, so couldn't adjust temperature (which was warm but not a lovely hot shower) and only two hooks on top of each other. So for towels, clothes you're taking off, clothes you're putting on after extra hooks would make life easier. Toilets, the seats were loose and no mirrors, except for one in the dorm. The lockers in room seem safe but even after you locked it, it can be reopened, I tried all the ones with locks on and I could have taken anything from anyone. The fridge in common room is only an under the counter fridge, so it's jammed pack with stuff, you def. need a bigger fridge for the size of hostel.

Fantastic Staff, food (breakfast) and drinks with discount, beds amazing, duvet thick, all super clean, private light and plug in bed, curtains around the bed. Space in dorm to change or pack, you're not on top of each other. Very close to underground, super markets, restaurants, etc.

While there was very little disturbance from other guests or noise within the hostel, there was a lot of noise outside. The windows were very old framed and did not shut very well or easily, and were left wide open meaning I had to climb into the window frame to shut them. After that the room stayed warm thankfully. But the noise remained an issue when at 6am we got woken up by what sounded like a beer delivery? Not much that can be done about this I suppose, but just to let others be aware.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, excellent location for visiting Camden and attending a concert at KOKO. The bar was welcoming, good food with discounts for staying there, and a music act on in the evening. Seemed very secure, room was basic but suitable beds, towels, and a small but clean bathroom.

The bar was so good especially when watching football matches and the Clubbing it's awesome the DJ knows what's music is.

The location are superb the station are so close from mornington cresent to all major line the only problem its check-in time its 3 o'clock I came since 11am but I have to wait till the check-in time that's annoying. But the staff are so friendly the last staff I spoke with its one Egyptian guy he so nice.

the woman on Night Shift was quite abrupt. the water in the room had cut out and the showers/taps/toilet weren’t working. she seemed annoyed to be approached about this but she did give me water.

three-high stacking beds, room was dusty on every surface. no hand dryers in toilet, shower cramped almost impossible to move.

easy to find on Camden High Street, welcoming and helpful staff and 24-hour access, discounted drinks in the bar. privacy curtains around each bed.

The beds were a bit squeaky and the lockers under the bed were a little infuriating because they made so much noise, were kind of hard to get to if you forgot something there and were really the only place to put your stuff in. But it was a pretty minor issue at the end of the day, I'd probably stay here again

Staff was really nice and you get sales to the bar as a hostel guest! Everything was clean and comfy and I feel like other guests made friends easily at the hostel, I wasn't there for long so can't say for myself! 24hr reception always makes me feel safe :)

Wish there were better facilities for preparing your own food, or even your own hot drinks. No cutlery, plates, bowls or mugs. No sink. Microwave and fridge in a very poor state

Staff are great. Stayed there a few times now and it has always been pretty calm and peaceful, despite being over a pub (which is a decent pub btw). Like the individual lights and power points with each bunk. Location has been great for me personally, but it is very handy anyway for transport and for everything Camden has to offer.

A rent system for towels would have been an excellent idea. The breakfast should be included for people booking from other sites too, because we are not aware about this detail at first

The female dormitory with only six beds is very the best option Quite noise proof on the second floor very clean indeed and the fellow room mates were very discreet The staff was very welcoming and helped a lot

Security staff at the door of the pub were a bit aggressive when I was trying to enter to check in at around 11AM because it was too early to check in at 10.30AM the previous morning.

Nice clean rooms. Good facilities. Nice bar/food area downstairs.
