Fantastic location for coastal walks and trips around the East Coast. Even a regular Coaster bus that stops on the site and goes all the way to Scarborough. Owner of the caravan was very easily contacted, very understanding and quickly tried to sort out a couple of minor issues. Would definitely recommend.

The wifi went off a few times but that was down to a park issue rather than the caravan. The owner was A* with responding to the issue. We didn't know wifi and sky tv was included until arrival so a big bonus.

Everything!!!! Great location with amazing views of the coast. We sat on the benches overlooking the bay every morning and evening (1 minute walk away). The shop was a 2 minute walk away and was very reasonably priced and well stocked with everything fot everything. The caravan was very homely and the owners where A* with communicating and replying. Will deffinatly return. Thank you.

We loved everything.

Location to all the facilities was fantastic and a sea view which was a lovely added bonus. The bus stop was just a few strides away which took us to both Filey and Scarborough. We didn’t have time for Bridlington but hopefully we will be back. The caravan seemed far better than the pictures online.

Excellent location. Roomy and extremely clean caravan. Helpful owners. This was a lovely caravan ideally situated. Large master bedroom with loads of storage. Would highly recommend 5 stars

Would definitely suggest WiFi be installed as it would be the only thing that would put us or family/friends from booking again.

Can't think of a single thing!

Amazing, our first family trip to primrose valley. Perfect location, so close to the shops and beach. Caravan was lovely, so spacious and immaculately clean. Had a nice cosy feel about it and everything you needed. The owner was brilliant and very helpful. My daughter wishes we could live there and didn't want to leave 😄 will definitely be booking again!

Shop was a bit expensive but you know that before you book so not an issue really.

Fabulous caravan looked after to a high standard. It had everything we needed for a family holiday. Great location. Very friendly owner. Would highly recommend booking. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Primrose Valley holiday park. Awful due to noisy inconsiderate people, loud music, lots of shouting, car racing around site into the early hours of the morning. Litter around the caravan. Left after one night as couldn't face staying longer. Maybe OK for a midweek break when it may be quieter (?) But we won't be going back.

Caravan was reasonable for the money and nicely equipped.

I did not receive the sheet with full details and map (as left in the caravan). No key code sent until I requested it when I had arrived and because I did not have full instructions had to look around for key box! Not informed there was no hairdryer. Gutter constantly dripping at join over small bedroom window, irritating when trying to get to sleep. One spare toilet roll for two bathrooms, not on list to bring.

Good location, view of the sea, well appointed kitchen with lots of utensils and pans. Spacious lounge, generally very comfortable and welcoming once I was inside. Near path to lovely sandy beach.
