single beds are a bit small ..but everything is perfect to be honest

I love this cottage...it's well equipped and comfortable. It has everything you need and all on one level to cope with all levels of need and abilities. The decking area is so relaxing ....watching the water and boats...just perfect

The toaster only had one crumb drawer , no flat trays to go in the oven so you couldn’t do oven chips or bake anything.

Most of the things in the cottage was very good . The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, it was quite & that was good for my 96 year old mum, she slept so well. Thank you Peter

Communal bins were far away...not great for the elderly or the disabled. TV remote broken and battery required in the clock....not important issues for us but just a thought.

Great location and well equipped, clean and comfortable cottage. Lovely facilities and so relaxing and peaceful. Deck chairs and picnic bench on the decking...nice welcome basket thank you. Nice bedding and towels and lots of hangers and drawer space. Washing machine and drier if required. Parking for 2 cars and space on the grass too

There were no recycling facilities and a lack of dog poo bins.

It was in a lovely location. The week was so relaxing and there were plenty of walks in the area. Fantastic welcome pack.

Externally, the windows and doors were covered in cobwebs (not sure if that is a 'local issue', as many other properties had the same problem). Internally, the windows needed cleaning, and there were some stains on the carpets which could have been cleaned.

The location was superb, with the property immediately on the marina. The Welcome pack - was just that - very welcome! Thankyou! The cottage was well stocked with cleaning products as well. Locally, Latham's Supermarket was a delightful 5 minute walk along the marina and stocked just about everything you could wish for.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was excellent. The only little niggle we had was hoovering under sofa, dog lost ball under there and was very dusty, But apart from that great .

We love the broads and stay when ever we can. We love the fishing and the peace. Accommodation is great that makes it good, everything we needed.

So peaceful and relaxing by the water. I have a child in a wheelchair and access was great inside & outside. So well kitted out. I did take a parasol for use on table on decking as I hadn’t seen one in photos, which we did need to keep little girl in the shade at all times. but everything else there we needed. Already booked for next summer!

Brilliant location, fully equipped house on the edge of a lovely quiet marina. So handy to be able to keep car right next to the house. Great for the dog too. Really helpful owners too.

The property was obviously of a high specification when it was built, but some fixtures and fittings are a bit tired, but the owners have a schedule of improvements and the main bathroom has already been renovated. The tumble drier and washing machine are welcome additions to the kitchen. The heating is controlled by the owners and whilst they were quick to set up a suitable schedule for us, I would have liked a bit more control. The pillows and duvets are a bit insubstantial and the mattress a bit old school; having said that, I had a very sound sleep every night as everything was so stress free.

The property was much bigger than I imagined it would be and being able to park right beside it was an absolute bonus. I loved being on the water and, as a mature couple, the unfenced access to the water was excellent and made spotting the visiting otter that much easier! I loved that the property was dog friendly, as it's so hard to find places like these that are. Whilst you are in a quiet environment, surrounded by wildlife and walks, you're a very short walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. It's also a very quick and easy drive to beaches, like Horsey Gap with its seal colony

When we got there it needed cleaning so we did it ourselves, the toaster as I found out only had one tray underneath so the crumbs came out on the counter, the carpets in the bedrooms were stained & really for what you are paying for I think this is unexceptable, I am bringing my 96 year old mother with me in September so hopefully we will have another good week.

Was a brilliant location, the beds were amazing slept soooo good.

Outside Bin full also Four Extra bags left at the side . Have taken ours through the week to the Destination that I Was told . Mattress in Double room was very soft & Uncomfortable. Lack of Hot water to all wash basins Emailed owner this was sorted but only for a day shouldn’t have to keep Emailing while where on holiday . Gutters need a thorough clean out as you can see grass growing this then caused a water fall straight on to the rubbish left at the side of the bin

Location within the Marina very nice fishing was good . Thank you for the milk etc . Easy Access for all elderly People. Plenty of Wardrobe space .
