Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Staff near table discussing and complaining about various things and all that they had to do. Was difficult to catch their attention when we needed things. Was a long wait for our breakfast after ordering.

staff were helpful and accommodating of my late arrival after the official reception ended, they had a good system to manage this. The manager allowed me to accommodate my trailer in the carpark overnight so that it was not visible to keep it secure
