Lovely apartment. Very comfortable. Only criticisms were the TV reception and the washer/dryer did not appear to be working. We would stay again.

Would of been great if basic toiletries were in the shower such and shower gel and shampoo as we had to go purchase some and of course left them there!!

Very spacious apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth with fantastic views over the river. Car parking is at a premium in Dartmouth, although a few minutes away this was a real plus. The hosts communication was excellent and the pre-booked breakfasts were a real treat. Highly recommended host and apartment.

The twin beds were a bit deceptive, we thought they could be separated but that wasn’t the case.

It’s was spotlessly clean, and well stocked with tea and coffee, small things like dishwasher tablets & cloths, help make a stay easy. That and the view and location were amazing! We will be back as our son is a college there and we want to come and see him in the new year!

Disappointed the balcony wasn't usable, washing machine broken, poor quality towels and very small, felt rough and old, for the price of the accommodation you'd expect better quality, no TV in either bedrooms, unable to open bedroom windows as screwed shut , so very uncomfortable on a hot day and night .

Unable to use the balcony. En suit door jammed, so unable to use on the first day . Hot water wouldn't turn off in the kitchen area .

The flat has two separate heating control panels - one was working when we arrived but the other wasn't so the radiators in the bathroom, hall and bedrooms were all cold. Not ideal when it was cold and wet outside! This was fixed by the management company after a couple of phone calls and a visit.

Fantastic location and amazing views of the estuary and harbour area. Very clean and modern inside. Comfortable beds.

The property was perfect, no issues. We didn’t use the allocated parking as had a large car and access was a bit tight due to a parked vehicle but there was parking on the front in off peak season that was great.
