The hotel is primarily aimed at families with children, which could perhaps be emphasised more in the hotel description. The hotel bar plays really loud music well into the night, which makes it difficult to sleep.

My only constructive critique is that the shower was slightly on the weak side, and the room got very hot at night even with the air con on.

This hotel is exceptional! The views of Fistral beach are amazing but not just that, the combination of adults only areas and family activities make it such a lovely stay. There were so many special touches like the spa products, jacuzzi, soft play and super comfy beds.

Deposit the good service, check-in was delayed, everything was very cozy but the bathroom drain (shower and sink) had a lot of excess hair, making it impossible to use the bathtub!!

There is no bin/sanitary item disposal in the bathroom. There was no labelling of hot/cold on the shower and it was easy to scald yourself when adjusting. The food in the restaurant was overpriced, small portions and overcooked.

The room fit a travel cot and our pram as well as the beds. It is a good sized family space. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. The views from the room were stunning.

We asked online for a sea view room, but that was not shown on their system. Would have to pay far to much for change. Bed was a bit to hard, and neighbouring noise from ensuite fans and kitchen extract was unpleasant.

You need to be more careful with your in stay bar menu, one bill was included with some additional items which we did not order but at checkout after explanation, they have been waived off. It's a bit embracing moment for us. And also they should be clarified with the parking cost which is 15 pounds and not free. I was not happy at all with their breakfast menu, £15.45 is not worth it for a vegetarian breakfast One egg, single tiny hash brown, 2spoon baked beans and a handful of blanched spinach. The fruits bowl was empty and never filled. Except those, it was good

The location was fantastic, and the staff are so polite and wonderful. We booked a standard sea view but were not happy with the room because some drawers were broken. When we said they have updated the room and that was amazing and specious.

The is no air con in the room, the fan was provided but it barely worked. My husband barely managed but I actually had really awful night sleep as I was so hot because I was little further away from the fan. We couldn’t open the window as our little ones bed was right next to it so we didn’t want her to catch the cold. The pool area definitely needs updating. While the overall hotel looks clean, fresh and pays attention to all the little details the pool area is completely opposite. Only one sofa to sit on, no other chairs or stools, no hooks to hand towels. Jacuzzi’s water was yellow (yak) I definitely wouldn’t want to sit in it. The small pool also looked yellow I hope it was just the tiles not the actual water. Sauna was nice tho.

Beautiful hotel with amazing and very friendly staff. Our 4 year old absolutely loved the little gifts she got. Very unexpected. Staff were really friendly, the food was good. Soft play and playground are also brilliant. Location is absolutely perfect for beach lovers with exceptional views from the bar and restaurant area. We had dinner in the hotel and it was good, just simple pub food. Breakfast was good!

The hotel and its staff were great. We stayed for my son’s birthday and they all made a fuss of him with treats throughout our stay. The location was perfect, the breakfast was really great, the pool and the rooms were lovely. We can’t fault our stay and would love to come back again!

What a stunning hotel. Our room was massive and full of gorgeous products to use. Yea/coffee and shirtbread biscuits were a stunning little touch. 10/15 min Bach/coastal walk to town. Will definitely return. Staff were so nice 😊

Unfortunately the 2 nights me and mum stayed, we hardly slept as the people above us had children and they were running up and down the corridor and jumping off the beds and this went on passed 12pm, this happened both nights, so when you pay to stay somewhere you’d hope you’d get some sleep!

The lift was broken which made it difficult with a pushchair and baby. But staff were very helpful.

The hotel is so family friendly with a fridge in the room. You also have access to a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave near reception which is a life saver with little ones. We would absolutely go again.
