Shower water pressure wasn't strong enough - only disappointing part.

Comfortable large bed, beautifully decorated hotel, amazing toiletries in the room, tasty food in the hotel restaurant, swimming pool was clean and a great addition to the hotel.

When we arrived I didn’t realise that there was an EV charging point on-site (there is in fact 2, but one is specifically for Tesla) that was one of the reserved parking slots you can pay for. This is because a non-EV was parked in it. From speaking to the staff, it seems like this could be reserved for parking, regardless if you drove an EV or not which is a shame as there is a lack of charging facilities around the area. The only other thing that was a negative point for me was that the restaurant took on a coach (or maybe two) of guests on one evening but were understaffed, so none of the other people staying could get a table until considerably later, which was a shame.

Amazing facilities, especially catering towards children - with a small gift upon arrival and cookies & milk before bed as well as a cinema and soft play area. The swimming pool, jacuzzi & sauna were good and there was plenty of entertainment for adults with live music and pool tables. The food in the restaurant was delicious, enjoyed every meal we had there. The staff were very friendly and attentive, going out of their way to be helpful. The room was big, spacious and comfortable.

The room was so hot during our stay, can't complain because of the hot weather.

All the services were excellent beginning from the doorstep. The receptionist was extremely friendly, polite and professional. The breakfast was amazing.

Very creaky floorboards from the room upstairs. Better to stay top floor as it kept us awake all night. Bedroom doors slam shut really loudly too.

Excellent location, the views are incredible. Staff are very helpful & friendly. The special extras for children are great, loads for them to do here. The restaurant food was superb too.

Was not so sure about the pool.. It was an indoor pool but nothing fancy about it . It was too basic.

the bed could have been more comfortable and the mouldy windows needed cleaning. the water continually fluctuated between hot and cold when having a shower at any time of the day.

The only frustration I can see people having is the limited parking, I didn’t, but I would recommend dining after booking and asking to reserve a parking space.

From the moment we arrived every second of our stay here was fantastic, real customer service where nothing is a problem, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My son and I were surfing for a few days and stayed here. Rooms really clean, whole hotel well kept up, fantastic location to the beach and surf hire shop attached to hotel. One of the staff that served up in the restaurant couldn’t have been any more amazing, her names is Dana. Knowledgeable about the menu, so friendly and welcoming, thanks Dana! The young lady on reception, Callista, was absolutely amazing as well, so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was a problem and a fantastic warmth about her with the way she interacted with everyone. Thanks again to Dana and Callista! A real credit to the hotel.

Could hear a lot of noise from the room above, spoke to reception to check how long they were staying as had a bad first night.

The wine was very expensive 25 for 2 glasses

The location was perfect lovely staff only problem was very noisy people running up and down the hallway knocking on doors on the first night but the second night was okay

If they had more car parking spaces we wouldn't have to park on the street, they had first come first serve spaces but as people didn't move their cars often it was hard to get a space but we did on the second day we stayed and we didn't move our car. I thought some parts of the carpet throughout the hotel were worn and needed replacing.

We liked the room the facilities the breakfast and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I think the rooms can be slightly cleaner in terms of the bed covers but everything else was perfect - we just had a few hairs on the duvet but we where so happy with everything else we just got on with it

The little touches where a lovely surprise - the kids got a lovely gift on arrival, the selection of hot drinks in the room and cookies, the pet gift box, the bathroom had everything you could need ( shower gel etc and a lovely brand) - we had an outside area which made it so much easier for our dog.

-Dirty pool and jacuzzi -The cinema’s room was very smelly (strong smell of mold, damp) -Unexpectedly high deposit in case of something would happened during the stay. I actually never have been asked to pay that much in the hotel. When I’m going for holiday I don’t need any additional payments or deposits to be taken from my bank account or else - Too high temperature in the room. It wasn’t hot outside, so why at the inside? Was hard to sleep at night, but we slept with a wide open balcony and a fan. Thanks for that! - Coffe/ hot chocolate in the restaurant bar was too small portion, but it’s not that important. I could go anywhere else to drink it.

No public Transport to hotel location. Compulsory Car required.

It’s fully loaded with Entertainment for kids. This hotel is the one I suggest for families with Kids to spend leisure time at beach and hotel.
