United KingdomTo be really honest there was nothing that i didn't like. i have some health issues and this resulted in me having to be careful using the stairs but again this is a personal issue and would not be an issue for anyone else.
The room was a good size very nicely decorated with calming colours. Thought had went into many details including the lamp with USB charging points. Bedding was spotless and bed was comfortable, we all have different personal choices for mattress soft, firm etc so i never judge the mattress as it is personal. Bathroom was very clean and a good size. Plenty towels and easy to operate shower. Breakfast: Exceptional, hot and exactly what you asked for. No issues with filling up tea/coffee etc always there if you required any top ups. Chris was very chatty , informative and pleasant which again resulted in you feeling very comfortable in your surroundings. There was a honesty bar and this was just fine, i had a wee prosecco on both nights and paid on the day we were leaving. I would recommend Fossill Tree Hotel and will return when i require adult only accommodation. I would not go anywhere else now I have been here. I would recommend this establishment with no hesitation. :)

Perfect location for tram system to go into Blackpool and explore the other way too. Very clean, quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Chris and Christine looked after their guests amazingly with wonderful breakfast and local information. Perfect 10 score as nothing to fault. Will stay again, over and over. Off street parking so car safe. Absolutely loved it.
