We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very nice room was newly renovated, lovely and comfortable with a bathtub. The staff were welcoming and I had a relaxing facial in the spa with Lola. Marvelous. Breakfast buffet was extensive with hot food ordering included

United KingdomWe found The Goodwood Hotel a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay, in beautiful surroundings. All the Staff were very friendly, efficient and polite, without being intrusive, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the food, largely sourced from the estate farm, was delicious and of high quality - the best we have ever had at a hotel. We can highly recommend The Goodwood, and will definitely book another stay there ourselves at some point in the future.

United KingdomLike warm breakfast on the first morning. The jacuzzi was closed for an hour and a half ( members say this is a regular occurence).
Beautiful location. Quirky decor of restaurant and lounges. Good choice of outside seating areas. Comfortable bedroom and the most comfortable pillows I've come across and hence great night sleeps!! The food was of excellent quality. Enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Whisked by the courtesy car to the kennels for dinner and then picked up all with no fuss and dropped back to the hotel by a lovely staff member. The staff are all excellent, always smiling and happy. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

United KingdomThe spa is like a crèche. So noisy. Too many children. Adults only after 6pm which is too late as adults are getting ready for dinner. Would be way more thoughtful if it had a two hour slot in the day. Much fairer. Put me off returning. One plug point in room made charging phones hard
Staff are brilliant. Kennels is a special place Very dog friendly but sad the dogs have to be on lead. Could do with a fenced off exercise area.

United KingdomSome of facilities need snagging - window frame rotten, tv remote temperamental, light bulb needed changing Henry Hoovers need to be put out of sight when cleaning staff finished not left in corridors. Bar prices very steep but i guess that's hotels for you..£35 for 2 large g&t's !

United KingdomBlocked toilet next to spa, reported but still blocked an hour later. Music a bit loud and repetitive at bar and grill. Some of the decor too busy or too plain, carpet thread bare up stairs, some skirting in need of attention in corridors.
The beds were super comfy and I slept really well. Enjoyed the spa and had a wonderful massage. Staff very helpful when our car broke down.
