Rooms are awful, so small and dark & dingy. Bed was a tiny double and the pillows were like slabs. Such a shame as this could be a lovely hotel but rooms, decor and bedding let it down. If we could score 1 out of 10 for the rooms that would truly reflect it

Observed a supervisor speaking to the girl in reception in an absolutely disgusting and dismissive manner. Appalling.

The dinner menu is quite limited and the stairs to the first floor are steep and winding. There is no elevator.

Location, staff and good service. Staff were attentive and smiling and cared about guests. Breakfast was excellent and the bar served a good selection of national.and local beers. Food was well cooked and well presented and was served quickly by very good waitresses.

Really friendly service from the young man with dark hair, receptionists were amazing and bar staff great, too. We did receive a remark from one of the restaurant staff (not the ones I previously mention) in the morning when waiting for breakfast. "You're not staying with us, are you" when we had been in the vicinity the previous night. I found that a little odd and a bit embarrassing and unnecessary. Anyway, except from that bizarre comment, wonderful place to stay. Night staff were lovely, facilities great, clean and comfortable beds. Easy to find the room and gorgeous views! Would recommend.

The room next door seemed to be having a party until around 2 in the morning with their music blaring. We sent a WhatsApp to reception but no one came.

We loved the hotel itself. The room was lovely with a beautiful view, it was clean and modern. We had food which was delicious, there was a singer on that was great. Overall it was a lovely hotel

The haggis with breakfast wasn't the same as the last time I stayed and really let the breakfast down but apart from that nothing to fault :)

Had an amazing stay, it was my fiancé's birthday and they even went out there way to try make it special for her :) staff where really helpful and polite and the rooms are a really good size considering mines was called a snug room but you could fit some hotel rooms I've stayed in in my rooms bathroom 😂 the location is beautiful the dinner was amazing. Fish tastes really fresh and fiance loved the mac and cheese :)

The room was cold on arrival but soon heated up. Having to go outside to get to bar and restaurant but this was a very short distance
