Amazing breakfast ,in room.18 you could hear a lot through the door and walls.next room.snoring and very loud in corridor late at night people talking

The room was small, we also had trouble locking the hotel room door, it took few attempts, no hooks for coats and no plug sockets by mirrors, could have done with little shelf one side of the bed.

The hotel was in good location, good karaoke night, the hosts were friendly and we had laugh with them and they were really helpful.

The only critisim would be the lack of a lift. We were on the 3rd florr but it meant climbing 65 steps to get there which was quite exhausting.

The rooms were more than adequate with plenty of space and no problems with cleanliness. Very good location, literally 50 yards from promenade.

Shower very outdated and filled to the point of overflow in the tray. Constant banging from floor above. No refill of bottled water or tea/coffee during stay.

The hotel is overall a bit dated but we'll maintained. The reception can be tidied up and better manned. Bathroom vent a bit noisy but can be turned off. Shower drain a little slow. All in all very good for the price. Appreciate everything, well done, thanks.

Good location, nice staff, comfy bed and duvet, assigned a family room for my single occupancy. Cleaner comes promptly to check every morning and replace things.

Common areas need to be spruced up . No lift

Acceptable hotel in a good location. Like most of the properties in Llandudno it’s an old building that could do with some TLC but perfectly acceptable.

The toilet was a little small for a tall guy like me. I felt that a simple toilet roll holder would have served me better and given more room to move. However, the modern dispenser that was there was good and I'm sure suits most other rooms.

As a solo traveller, I was understandably given a fairly small room, but I thought the room was clean and comfortable and thoughtfully decorated and enjoyed it. Maximum use of the space available - I thought it was very nicely done actually and loved the pictures on the wall. I ended up eating elsewhere during my stay for various reasons but I did think the menu was very good and sensibly priced.

A little loud but nothing too bad considering it is on top of a pub.

Very large room, comfortable beds, large television. Location very handy for shore and shops. Fella on reception was very thorough and helpful.

We had a problem with one our rooms. After making contact after our stay we were happy with the way our complaint was dealt with. Breakfast was too late for our departure but as not included in the room rate we were able to make other arrangements.

Value for money. The location for local services is very good for our one night stay.

Lots of stairs!!!! It’s an old hotel so doesn’t have a lift but we knew this from the website.

Great location in centre of Llandudno. Friendly staff, comfortable beds with plenty of tea & coffee in the room. Good shower and toiletries available if needed.

Initial a impression was not good . Looked like it was locked down . Then reception on first floor passed bar not the best . Door to room very stiff. Bathroom needs attention. Strange stain in duvet cover ? Rust. All in all needs a bit of care and attention. Didn’t try breakfast

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only fault was that it had no lift. Food was also very good. Altogether we had a very good stay.

The 82 steps we had to do every time we left our room made us not want to go out cos we knew we had a mission getting back to our room and hard with 3 young kids, windows very high up and we couldn't see out of them unless we got on the top bunk of the bunk bed, was a lovely view thou when we got on the top bunk shower over flowed very quickly when we showered too
