We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWhat let the property down was a lack of cleanliness, such as cleaners had not done their job properly!!’ Also in shower room, behind door was a foul smell of mould/mildew!! Also cracked floor tiles which mould and mildew will have gotten into, these need replacing ASAP. Toilet Brush holder had rust on it, advise replacement as rust ruins shower rooms. Tv and interior tv aerial. I had to retune the tv, also the interior tv aerial was not strong enough to pickup Freeview tv signals, channels derezzed frequently!! The interior tv aerial should be replaced, as should the tv as it probably has damage from the kettle which was nearby. I moved the kettle elsewhere on health and safety grounds. When you find a small ladies mirror covered in dust on top of the wardrobe, I went through the room checking it area by area; the curtain needs cleaning professionally, all the furniture needs moving to be cleaned properly and behind where the furniture is situated. So I advise you to hire a new professional cleaning team to clean your serviced accommodation as quickly as possible. All feedback being submitted is of course, constructive feedback; as a Consulting consultant, I give constructive feedback in the hopes that change happens promptly and speedily!!!
Its location in Greenwich, it’s easy access to public transport links; the O2 Arena, The Greenwich Peninsula etc.

United KingdomThere was a slightly complicated procedure involving one key and three separate codes to finally get in. The building wasn't easy to locate and the Uber drivers we used were sent to the back of the building, which was inaccessible; not the accommodation's fault, but worth mentioning if planning to use cabs.

United KingdomThe room felt quite barren and in places was not as clean as I would have expected. This stay was perfect for what I needed which was a place to sleep and get ready in. I'm not sure I would have liked to spend lots of time in the room. Scaffolding all over the building. Quite noisy with the other residents.
Really easy self check in process. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Nice complimentary toiletries and hairdryer available. Good temperature.

United KingdomNot a criticism for the proprietor but Google Maps at the time of my trip hadn't worked out there is a road leading up to the flats so kept sending me to the wrong street. There was a strange cupboard in my room that kept making machinery noises, and for a lighter sleeper might have been too distracting. Walls between rooms are thin so any noise from somewhere else can be heard.
The room was clean and reasonably spacious. I rarely stay anywhere with a shared bathroom but there was no bother with that. Good location, very close to the shops and transport links. Plenty of options for eating out and I believe close to Charlton Athletic Football Club too.

United KingdomThere was no way to control the heater so the room was too hot and I wasn’t comfortable leaving the window open in winter at night.
Great location (3 minutes to bus stop), clean environment, clean sheets and towels, clear instructions on accessing the property. Room had iron, hangers, hair dryer, electric kettle, tea cups and beverages.

IrelandPillows were too big and hard. Couldn’t use the pillows. Had to use my jacket as a pillow. One shared bathroom for 3 bedrooms. Other guests did not clean the bathroom after them, so had to report it to the host. The host was kind enough to come late night and clean the bathroom for us.
Bedrooms had all the amenities like full size mirrors, iron, laundry board, hair dryer, kettle, tea, coffee. Toiletries were provided

United KingdomThe backyard was really rough. It should have been neat to prevent a bunch of insects coming inside the house. Too much plants in the area really makes the place look scary at night.
The location was pretty good, we were able to see the o2 in the distance. Another bonus: it was really close to 4 bus stops which made it a lot easier to find the easiest route to where ever we were going.

United KingdomIt was on a very busy, noisy main road about 10-15 minutes walk from where we were supposed to stay which was very near to our daughter… we are in our 70’s and had to walk down a very busy main roads and to get to the place with our luggage! The smoke alarm went off a number of times!!! I rang the contact number and we weren’t offered any help!!
We didn’t actually stay at Greenwich House as we were moved to another place without being told…
