we loved everything.

superb. lovely location, central but on the edge of town so nice and quiet, able to park right outside. the place is spotlessly clean. the room is really comfortable with everything you could possibly need. tea and coffee making facilities, a mini bar, fluffy towels and a great powerful shower. Breakfast was delicious. lovely fresh fruit and the cooked breakfast I would give 10/10. excellent farm bacon, perfect poached eggs, it’s making me hungry thinking about it. the staff are lovely, unfortunately we stated on a night when the pub was shut so we didn’t get to enjoy the ambience of an evening there. exceptional value! thank you for a lovely stay.

Breakfast was very sweetly and thoughtfully presented, but the food itself was pretty average - a little disappointing, given the price of the room.

Comfortable bed, lovely shower. Fridge with mini bar. Fresh milk rather than UHT cartons in the room. Renewed every day if required. Beautiful breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff, gave good tips on best places to eat. Offer of fresh towels or room cleaned every day if nedded.

If I really need to put a negative, ok so it was up 3 flights of stairs and when you have been travelling for awhile you have too much stuff, but then when you get there the veiw (from a window that actually opens) over the river and harbour is well and truly worth it.

It is such a nice place to stay . The accommodation is so clean and breakfast is enormous and staff make you feel like kings and queens. Did hear that when they do meals, best place to eat in town

Absolutely brilliant place to stay in Dartmouth! Lovely, spotless, well equipped rooms; delicious, generous breakfast; great staff, location and facilities! Stylish decor, mini bar and fab tea and coffee options in each room, toiletries and little extras included, even fancy folded towels like a five star hotel, which my children loved!

the room had everything needed - from hairdryer to fan to shaving kit! comfy bed too. lovely view to the river in room 3 I think we were. bathroom was big, so warm & toasty. breakfast was freshly cooked to order & service was excellent. location - just a couple mins from the town. would definitely recommend, not cheap but worth it!

Could have done with slightly brighter bedroom lighting as our elderly eyes struggled to read once the curtains were closed! Not to do with the room but visitors be aware that most restaurants in Dartmouth close on Sunday evenings and on Mondays during the winter.

Very handy for local shops, restaurants and ferries. Beautifully furnished and really well equipped room. Breakfast and evening meal delicious. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking permit was invaluable with the car park a few minutes' walk away. Best B&B room we have ever been in.

We came by bike, there was nowhere secure to leave them, but we locked them to an outside table and they were there in the morning.
