There was no way to heat the bathroom, which is definitely needed this time of year. The carpark is small and poorly lit at night unfortunately. The room is up 3 small flights of stairs, which was not ideal as I have mobility issues. I think that I should have been told this beforehand though.

Inga the hostess of the guest house was lovely and welcoming. The room was lovely although small. But had everything you need. plus outside the room was a kitchenette for the 3 rooms on that level, also had a coffee machine if you didn't want instant coffee supplied in the room.

A very cozy room with a bathroom, perfect for one person, but equally good for two. Modern decor and hygiene at the highest level, which unfortunately is lacking in today's times. Amazing bed, I would definitely recommend this for everyone!

It does feel a bit like a bedsit. A high end bed sit.

It's more like a little micro apartment. Very comfy bed and huge tv. Super clean and modern little separate bathroom. Fridge, kettle etc. There's a mini kitchen shared with 2 other little flats, barely saw/ heard the other guests. Staff super welcoming and helpful. Very close to both shops and seafront.

Perfect little hotel and the little kitchenette was a great touch, host were so lovely and helpful too! Seen a few reviews saying the room was too small but I thought it was perfect size for the two of us ! Will definitely stay again!

I was greeted by the friendly host and given info about the property. On arrival I was also upgraded to a larger room! How nice. The decor is lovely. The room comfy and clean. There was a fridge and microwave, coffee maker and even a wine glass and corkscrew. The host has thought of everything to make your stay the best possible. I could easily spend several nights here. Also very short walk to the high street!

This Room in this guest house exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean and modern, newly refurbished. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the seaside. The host was exceptionally friendly and professional, Highly recommend!

Great location - we booked to attend an event at the o2 academy. The room we stayed in was pretty cosy but nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The host was welcoming and good at comms - and allowed us to check out an hour later which was much appreciated. Would stay here again :)
