Could do with a folder with helpful information. i.e. remotes, heating, WiFi, t.v. Etc. Kettle looked new but did not fit under the tap well and did not pour without water going everywhere, shame.

The advert on Booking.com should have been more explicit re the cost of Seal Resort facilities, entertainment etc. The ad said nothing about this being an extra significant cost, but it did include photos of the indoor swimming pool which implies - as nothing else was said - that this was included in the advertised price.

Accommodation and location of the mobile home were fine.

It was so easy. The Caravan was welcoming clean, easy layout, everything we needed. Toys for the kids were a godsend in the evenings. Booked as a last minute get away with the family. We didn't manage to get the entertainment package as they had sold out but there was still plenty to do. Highly recommend the Boulevard restaurant on the high street. 👌

The only thing was we didn't have a sharp cutting knife to cut fresh loaf of bread. But we managed. Apart from that, everything you needed for a great break away.

Lovely little caravan is perfect for a family with everything you need. Love the position, not really overlooked by other caravans. A nice little secluded spot. When the sun is out, the veranda is a real sun catcher. Having beds made on arrival and towels was a nice little touch. We just wished we was there for more than just 3 nights. Definitely hope to go back again.

Didnt realizes extra payment for parks entertainment pass... Have to buy pass for the length of your stay which can add up.

The only fault as I had to list 1. The speed bumps around the park are massive. If you have a car full I would advise getting the bus from the reception car park.

The caravan was beautiful, has everything you need for your stay. Your host is really friendly, very helpful and great with all communication. Cant recommend the accommodation enough. We will return.

Caravan was wonderful. Not sure I have any suggestions for improvements. Would just advise other guests to call/research entertainment passes at seal bay before your trip as you need to book activities early - they get booked up quick.

Lovely clean (immaculate) comfortable caravan. Helpful extras like washing up liquid, tea bags. Pots pans, plates, hairdryer and fans, microwave, WiFi. Some games and books for kids. Owner very kindly moved a single bed to put up a travel cot. Lovely quiet part of the seal bay resort, slightly set back from the road. Beach approx 12 min walk away. On site entertainment that you pay extra for (£day pass approx £35 per adult)

Location was set back off the main road with parking. Lovely setting by a stream on really well kept grounds. Located close to courtesy bus stop which takes you to the beachfront. Caravan was super clean and the facilities were great. Had a really comfortable stay and enjoyed the facilities in the site too. Owner was great too, always there to answer questions, very helpful and pleasant.
