The WiFi was quite slow but the only negative I can think of.

The breakfast was lovely perfect portion size and good variety.

Room had a limited view of the outside world, over the flat roof of one of the function fooms.

Breakfast was well prepared, all options had to be selected from the menu. One dish was included in the room rate. If you prefer a buffet breakfast, this was not available.

Lovely room, great bar and food area. And the breakfast was probably the best cooked breakfast I have ever had. All perfectly prepared,lovely place to stay. Staff were lovely too.

Weather was particularly cold and I think the boiler may have been struggling to keep up. Hot water tap was barely warm and room temperature wasn't that warm either.

Not sure if we should have been offered fruit juice, cereals and toast in the morning as well as the cooked breakfast. But in the end only a minor quibble.

Breakfast was great. We both had the American breakfast for a change and this was excellent.

Couple of functional problems in the bathroom which we reported on leaving, they were very apologetic and seemed keen to sort asap.

Rural but not too far from anything. Lovely place as a whole, nicely decorated, good ambience and very friendly staff. Room and ensuite was very nice, both very clean and in good nick. Bed was comfy and we both slept well. Double glazing does well at keeping road noise down to a minimum. Breakfast was REEEALLY good; huge, so bring your appetite!

The heating was intense but room radiators were adjustable. It took hours to cool my room as the radiatorhad been left onfull. Everything else was fabulous.

Styling and restaurant were nice. Very efficient service in restaurant. Very friendly staff.

It is not walking distance to anything but this was not a problem for us at all and we had everything we needed on site.

Lovely building and grounds with quality furnishings. Outside areas look fantastic and would have been enjoyed in warmer months. The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and cosy with everything we needed and the spa bath was a great addition. Staff are lovely and happy to help with anything. Limited but good selection of meals/breakfast options and all food was excellent quality. This was our second business stay here.

The room was very chilly. It was a cold morning and all the staff were very busy cleaning etc. it was cold sat eating breakfast.

The bright green light in the room made it hard to sleep, kind of.

Great quiet location rooms were comfortable clean and had everything you required for a stay. Staff were brilliant looked after us from when we arrived to when we departed. The food plenty full and outstanding never had braised beef like what the chef served up it was fantastic
