Rooms are getting ratty so price per room doesn’t quite match the finish of the rooms. Service at breakfast slow but excellent food. Staff at breaks fast need to keep a closer eye on people.

Great buzzing pub and our room was very quiet. Small room with nowhere to sit other than the bed which we found not conducive to a 10 night stay. The dining staff were unfriendly and we seemed to need to dust off the crumbs before sitting down. The food we had for dinner was excellent.

We had a little confusion requesting breakfast to be added to our booking - twice and both times this did not happen despite being told it had. Causing confusion when we went down for breakfast. However staff serving breakfast sorted things and we were able to enjoy a good choice of food.

Great position to explore the sights of London with just a 10 min walk to the tube and 15 mins approx to Leicester Square. Comfortable, spacious room. Friendly , helpful staff.

My complaints are probably a bit nit picky. There was some mold in the bathroom, this was the non renovated room, I can’t stand mold in bathrooms, just need to use Exit Mould, especially in winter. The lights were quite dim in the rooms which make it difficult to read by

Location is amazing, close to Clapham common, tube stations, supermarkets and coffee shops/restaurants. We have stayed here twice in 4 weeks, first time we had a beautiful renovated room, second time unfortunately, although it was still nice it wasn’t a newly renovated room. Both rooms were very quiet, no pub nice whatsoever. The pub has a lovely atmosphere and the food is very good. Breakfast is huge.

The staff were very friendly, accomplished and attentive. The room was big and the bed very comfortable - fully stocked mini bar. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. The bar and restaurant areas were lovely - an interesting building.

Arrived just before 7 pm and all parking spaces taken but managed to squeeze in as I have a tiny car! Coffee at breakfast could be improved. Room fine but decor maybe a bit tired

Great location right on the common. Good sized room and comfy bed. We were only there for one night so didn't get to try the restaurant but would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and indeed staying again!

It was incredibly hot at night and the bed was very uncomfortable. Food in the bar/restaurant was pricey for what it was.

Staff were great, very convenient for the tube and getting into London. Room was very spacious with a lovely shower. Breakfast was very nice.

Just a picky thing really but hairdryer cord couldn’t reach to mirror unless totally stretched

Recently refurbished, so beautiful, we had brand new bathroom, very quiet no noisy at all from the pub. Breakfast was amazing and very tasty. 5 min walk to tube which is on the Northern line approx 25 mins to central London. Pub is absolutely gorgeous, we had dinner, food was delicious. Would 100% stay here again.

Everything on the surface is very clean & fresh. However I did drop something under my bed & looks like the hoover hasn’t been seen under the bed or night stands for a while. Only issue

Location is incredible, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are comfy & have everything you need .. great hair & body products, full mini bar, snacks, tea & coffee. Very 5 star !
