Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomAircon was not performing well. Aircon is important because the room is small and windows permitted to open due to local regulations. Didn't sleep well due to hot weather. Staff tried to sort the problem immediately.
Location very central. Room is very small but we expected that. Nowhere to hang the towels. Breakfast is very good. The place is very clean the staff are very nice.

RomaniaWindows do not open. This absolutely ruined the stay. If I knew, I would’ve gotten a room with no window, same thing. And we did ask at reception and no rooms have opening windows. It’s a rule for the area apparently so nothing can be done. I didn’t see this in reviews, or just missed it. The room was so wet and hot after anyone took a shower, and i’m not claustrophobic but I started to be. I was happy I only had to stay here for 2 nights because otherwise I would’ve lost my mind. Unfortunate, as the hotel was nice. No storage or space. I think it’d be impossible to stay in the room we stayed in with a large luggage (we had two small luggages and two back packs and we had to walk over them after using the bathroom). There physically isnt any room. It is tinyyy! You surely pay for the location and service, not size of the room.
Staff was INCREDIBLE and we adored the cheese and wine offering as it was a Tuesday! Hotel has an amazing location, everything is walking distance of course. I also ordered an extra surprise champagne and card and it was perfectly waiting for us! And card was laminated! Such a cute memory.
