We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Brilliant Location at a great price and right across the road from the Camden Market. Host was very friendly and welcoming and guided me through finding the hotel and the facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect, just opposite Camden Market and the attention was great as the manager was in touch for check in and check out giving us specific instructions.

United KingdomThe room could benefit from a wardrobe, as there was no where to hang clothes. And maybe a second mattress upon the additional put-up single bed too? Like a topper mattress?
The communication and how welcoming Jafar was. As everything went smoothly. The accommodation was clean and was in a great location. We can’t fault anything. Also, this gem of a place is sited bang smack opposite the vibrant Camden Market, 15 minutes walk to the zoo, and surrounded by truly fantastic shops. Including a brilliant MOD- clothing shop too. For the children, you must visit the nearby Babylon Park (Babylon park.com). And of course, Jafar’s very own Candy Store ! Finally, you’ve gotta experience the 90 Minute Regency River Boat ride.

Jafar was an incredible guest, truly amazing with us and with our five year son. He will help you with anything you need. The location is great and the bed was really confortable. Despite being a busy area (next to the Camdem Market) we didn't feel any noise that would prevent us from resting.

ItalyWeird that there was no window in the room, but I didn't care about it. It was still absolutely enjoyable. The only "bad" thing: I could here the people in the room next to me, but I guess those people were way too loud😅 it's part of travelling😊 Still I recommend this accomodation.
The room was nice, warm, clean and the bed super comfortable. Jafar made my stay perfect. He always made sure I had everything I needed. Very nice guy🥰 I definitely suggest this accomodation for a short stay in London. Great location in the centre of Camden and not noisy to be where it is. And I will contact him again next time I will be in London😊💪🏽
