The external door lock operated by a key fob could be a bit temperamental.

Guest house is close to Bridlington town centre and owner was friendly and a very good breakfast is served.

A very warm welcome from Jane with prompt communication leading up to our arrival, she gave us a little history about the building then showed us where everything was including our room. Very spacious & beautifully decorated throughout & a great breakfast to get your day off to a good start. Fabulous location with off street parking central to Bridlington with a few minute walk to the harbour and 5 minute walk to the excellent South beach area. Nothing was too much trouble Jane takes the time to get to know her guests and is full of local knowledge, advice and happy to help where they could. Thank you both.

We have just got back from a 2 night break at the 3 Gables Hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday. What a beautiful place to stay this is. It was such a relaxing experience from start to finish. The location is so convenient it's very close to the sea front and all the amenities. Our room was beautiful, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable we wanted for nothing. The breakfasts were amazing too, we could hardly move, we ate so much! Thankyou so much Jane and Adrian we will definitely be back! Keep up the good work! 5 ☆ !

Excellent breakfast, with cooked components selected the evening before which reduced waiting time for service. Wide self service choice of cereals, juices toast etc. Cooked breakfast very well cooked and generous portions.

Comfiest beds ever. Beautiful charming building - the photos don't do it justice. Great hosts and great atmosphere - we can see why they have so many returning customers. Excellent location (stones throw from the beach). Delicious breakfast - World best poached eggs!

Liked the location easy walking distance to everything and character of the building. We stayed on the top floor lovely room very clean. Breakfast was excellent and loads of choice. Very welcoming and was nice to be able to park the car safely on the premises. Would definitely stay again .
