Lovely hotel, made use of the spa facilities before checking into our room. Staff are really friendly and helpful and made our stay (for my partners birthday) special. The food in the Da Kona restaurant was delicious.

Some of the restaurant staff were quite rude to an other group of guests, which was a bit odd experience.

The bed was comfortable. The spa facilities were small but nice. The breakfast was delicious.

One lamp didn’t work. Shower was temperamental. Wasn’t made clear that breakfast wasn’t included in price.

Modern clean spacious room with a terrace and beautiful scenic views. Friendly staff, lovely food. We went in the pool and jacuzzi which was really relaxing and were provided with towels and there were robes and slippers in our room.

Booking the pool for an hour slot as tricky planning when to use, we were only staying a night and having to leave early. Great that it was included in the stay though.

Very clean and parking on site. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful and friendly.

Very clean, staff were friendly and helpful and luckily our room had just been done up. So a superb bathroom. However for the exorbitant price and being four star it fell far short. Having torn pillow case and duvet is not good enough. Pillows and duvet were of varied types and not good quality. No table and easy chairs to accommodate room service in the room. They provided us with an extra chair but it was very hard and uncomfortable. Staff seemed very worried about providing room service so assume not normally requested. Access to the room was down killer stairs no lift. Not mentioned on website. Staff did not offer to carry cases. We were able to get to our rooms via a garden path on the level. But the path sloped away on one side was pitted and slimy and covered in moss in places. It makes it difficult to use. Furniture on the patio was very modern and very low. Not suitable for people who are older and not so agile. Sloping car park was a challenge too. Also rooms did not have air conditioning but were very hot as the weather was very humid! A fan was provided. No sign of a coffee machine in the room as advertised.

Outside of our room 205 was what I believe to be a seagull nest. Constant squawking meant we didn’t have the best night sleep. The breakfast could be much better. A made to order menu instead of cold beans would be placed much better in a place of this calibre. The tv is incredibly small and outdated. Could be much better.

The manor is in a beautiful location, secluded and sounded by lovely views. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. The evening meal was very good and well priced. The waitress was very good, as the waitress in the morning. Lovely card left in the room as it was our wedding anniversary.

My terrace was in the shade all day and didn’t get any sun which was such a shame as I could see all my neighbours enjoying theirs in the glorious sunshine while I was wearing a jumper in the shade 😩

Nothing really to complain about, Small things, breakfast plates were so hot I almost burnt myself and booking for a swim is a bit of a pain but overall a great place, great location and stay.

Nothing... It was all very lovely. Points to Note:: This is a wedding venue, and there was one on the Saturday we were there. You need a car to get here. Some of the rooms are a number of flights of stairs from reception.

The Environment is Amazing, Views and Grounds are lovely... You need a car to get to this Hotel. The leisure facilities are very well kept and available at no additional cost. We booked Breakfast included and we were very satisfied with the service Buffer and Made to order.. The added facilities and activities for children look good at a distance also. The location is excellent for access to tourist attractions by car...

Wedding Saturday which was above and around our garden room. Wouldnt have booked the Saturday if we had known as very noisy with people right outside our room so couldn’t have patio door or window open and very hot inside as no air on. Didn’t get any sleep Saturday night. Also fab room let down by mould on tiles in shower enclosure near showers.

Swimming pool was so busy we couldn’t swim despite booking a slot. Families had balls in the pool and was very deep in places so swimming was a non starter. Please limit numbers so it can be enjoyable. Thank you.

So relaxing. Lovely staff who were absolutely wonderful to us. Everyone was very kind. Lovely location and not too far from gorgeous beaches. The hotel is so dog friendly that we absolutely loved it. We will return and can’t wait to rebook for next year.

Loved everything, we have just got home from a holiday there and re booked for later this month. The Villas are perfect for 2 couples and a child. Washing machines, dishwasher, sea views, patio set, absolutely perfect O and the pool, sauna steam etc. can’t wait to get back. Loved the jazz band and the quiz, staff all exceptional

Isolated location, around 10 min drive to coast. Struggled to sleep as bed was uncomfortable and pillows were very poor :-(
