If I was being picky - the only thing that was missing was a little coffee machine. That would have topped it off nicely.

We loved the size and space of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable. The decor was stylish. The complex was clean and new and so quiet. It had quite a few coffee shops, restaurants and a Sainsbury's very near. Finally getting into town on the bus was quick and efficient. Overall a great choice if staying around Cambridge.

Quite a bit of a walk from the city centre but there are plenty of buses around and electric bikes or scooters if needed. There’s also a big Sainsbury super close so the location isn’t too bad

The bathroom is very dated (although the building is only a few years old), the shower door leaked and tiles are coming away from the wall, the shower head was also blocked quite a lot, heating in our room was faulty, which may of had something to do with the outside door not closing properly?

The accommodation is in a great location, close to other facilities, such as a local Sainsbury's and some restaurants, it is also fairly close to Cambridge centre.

We had a problem with lack of hot water in the bathroom sink and the heating of the apartment was not working. We flagged both issues on arrival, were told it would be handed over and the maintenance team would look into it in the morning and to check in with them again in the evening when I returned. Unfortunately nothing was done, and team on reception weren't aware whatsoever of our issues. This was subsequently looked into and we were told it was resolved, but again the heating control continued to not work...

The location was perfect for me as I was attending something near Eddington. Though note it is a touch further away from the main tourist/ central town area. The reception was very good in providing a free one-day bus pass into town should you require one. The unit itself is lovely, well furnished, well equipped otherwise.

Cost of Breakfast

Parking & EV charging was a big positive, need to prebook.. room was clean & good value. Bit of a distance to the centre of town so factor in time & cost for buses, walking (45mins) or Uber. Breakfaxt at the Astronomer was nice but very expensive.

More of a cuddle chair than a sofa and for 2 people after a while is not very comfortable. Also positioned not facing the tv so we had to move it so we didn't hurt our necks trying to watch the tv side on. Layout needs improvement.

Breakfast at the neighboring “The Astronomer” was basic and overpriced. Better to walk to Sainbury’s and buy some breakfast items to make in the apartment which has a full kitchen.

The paid parking was good. The kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer was a bonus.
