Being woken at 5am by a faulty alarm system The carpet was NOT hoovered and was dirty The bathroom needed attention there was no latch, which meant with the window left open for extra air flow, the door banged alot The door frame was only painted in parts and there were puddles of dried paint below the door frame The layout needs to be adjusted to accommodate the sloped floor to stop rolling whilst in bed

towels and bedding were clean but stained. There were no desk and chair in the room I stayed in (pictured in photos) to work at, I fashioned one from bedside table and sofa.

Bed was very comfortable, room ok sized. Shower pressure just about ok.

Decor in room needs some maintenance, lots of holes in wall need filling. Difficult to find , postcode took me well away from location, but owner talked me to correct location by phone.

The code for the lock box sent over text had a typo, but I managed to get in and could message the hosts. Felt a little chilly in the room in the middle of January and my towel didn't dry overnight, probably due to slightly low temperature and humidity inside.

Clear check-in instructions sent over text, easy self check-in, free parking on the street, very close to Worthing, comfortable bed, microwave.

Bathroom door was unpainted and therefore not easy to keep clean, it showed marks and fingerprints from previous occupants. Very small wash basin under a bathroom cabinet which made it impossible to use the basin properly.

Easy to use. Good price. Quiet location, easy free parking. Warm. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Very close to pubs that serve food.

It just wasn’t the cleanest unfortunately. I’m not one to moan and can tolerate abit of wear and tear with age etc.. But room 11 especially wasn’t great. My two brothers were staying in room 11, so we pulled out the sofa bed on arrival. The mattress on the sofa bed was really grubby with lots of bits and stains, and then there was no fitted sheet to cover this mattress to sleep on. They didn’t want to sleep directly on it, so they shared the double bed instead. In the morning, they said that their pillows smelt and felt damp, like they had been washed but not dried properly. I thought my room (7) was fine, just abit grubby in areas but tolerable. right up until I came to lay the bed the next morning, and I found dried blood on the duvet at the end of the bed, covered up by the green throw. We only found this cause we were fixing the sheets back to leave them tidy. It just makes you wonder what you’ve slept on then unfortunately.

For the price, it did what we needed. We were visiting the area for a funeral and needed somewhere reasonable to stay for a group. It was great to be able to stop in the same place, all have our own rooms and privacy. And the rooms were very well equipped to give you everything you needed for your stay, including the extras like iron, hairdryer, microwave etc. I think overall, it did the job for a quick pit stop and a place to sleep.

The only issue was that the kettle was a little large to fill in the sink but easily filled using a cup, so not really a problem.

Excellent matress slept like a baby in the bed, perfectly clean and comfortable. Really fantastic to have the private entrance and freedom to return to the room at a time that suits u without disturbing anyone. Really good value stay, great little getaway. Lovely place will happily use again.

I reported about the room lock. Location hard to find, had to ask local people for directions and not everyone had heard if it. A white van was parked in front of the entrance which obscured the sign. I went out and returned later in the evening, but the sat nav took me down a corrugated track way and I had a major problem trying to find the hotel in the dark. Luckily I found myself where I became lost a few hours earlier, and remembered how to get back.

I have stayed here several times as it’s good value for money and close enough to commute to the town centre. We had room 9 on a previous stay that was definitely our favourite over room 7 but suited us fine.

Very small shower and WC room. Shower temperature fluctuated greatly during use.

Very convenient for my purpose ie something to do in Worthing. Excellent location in village centre. Apartment extremely clean and with all services needed for a short stay. Excellent value for money.

I was prompted to request an early check in by booking and got an automated denial so was a waste of time offering it.

Having stayed here several times but always in the same room so this trip was a different room and was very comfortable indeed.

Facilities are basic and quite old. Bathroom door not working properly. Some kitchen facilities provided but the sink was too small to wash up in.

Bad communication. No one responded to email or messages. They answered phone call two hours after check-in time and we got pin code for room. There isn't fridge in the room.

The WiFi didn't work in the room I stayed in this time. Bit of a problem as I had no phone signal either.
