The place was dirty,bedding unclean. Toilet seat broken and mould in shower. Plaster and paint pealing of the walls.

Although the room had been cleaned, the carpet and sofa were stained. Thé room smelt very cheesy. There was no bathroom mirror.

At least it had tea making facilities. Thé bed was comfortable.

Facilities looking tired - need revamping. Furniture scruffy and paintwork in bathroom definitely needed attention. Room was dusty and bed linen did not look worn.

No room number allocated before we arrived. As we found an empty room we used it. Subsequently found text on my phone that gave further instructions and a room number (not the room we used). Room was quite small but for a one night stay quite adequate.

Not easy to find but locals were very helpful Usual tea/coffee provided and a good shower. Bed was comfortable Good local pubs

Lighting tap on bathroom fridge we had to have window open but there was a noise possibly generator all night. Parking was tricky

Nothing to be honest - The whole process from start to finish was very enjoyable

The room was easy to access, in a great location - peaceful and private. Comfortable bed and clean facilities - you could not want more from a stay over.

The bathroom was tiny. Once you were in the tiny shower you couldn’t close the door without a real struggle unless you are skinny. Shower outlet not training properly and tray filled up quickly. There is space to make it wider - not an efficient use of the space. Floorboards creaked a lot in bathroom. No soaps for shower although there was hand wash on sink.

We liked the location. Very central. Bed was comfortable and facility in room to make coffee.

The room was extremely small , the bathroom was like a linen cupboard and needs updating in fact the whole room needed to be refurbished- it not should be advertised as a double room . The furniture was chipped and dated . The cost of the room for one night was simply not worth it - I believe I was grossly overcharged for the service I received - I will never book those rooms again

Defective fan, sink in bathroom awkward to use due to cabinet above. Toilet roll holder missing.

Location, centre of beautiful village with two pubs nearby. Comfortable bed. Nice shower and towels.

Both the room & facilities are minimal as this is a motel conversion within a row of terraced cottages. Parking also limited. No staff on site.

Easy to get into room late in evening due use of key safe.

Noisy people in the next room coming and going late at night laughing ,shouting and slamming doors.Told the b and b owners who in turn text them to be quiet ,but they still were noisy anyway.Called the police in the end.

bed linen was old as were towels smelt of shake n vac not sound proofed - could hear the A24 and the noise from the neighbours - so not slept well would prefer to pay £50 more and have decent bed linen and towels and somewhere that smelt nice !

Total lack of wardrobe and drawer space for clothes; bizarre entry system involving key pads for entrance and bedroom key; no surface areas for eating or drinking - only trays to put on laps; bathroom lacked non slip mat in shower and had a wall mirror placed so close to the minute washbasin your head was banged every time you washed or brushed your teeth. two sites offered different prices for accommodation - £60 or£70 - unfortunately I paid £140 for two nights.

only one positive - the bed was very comfortable. Two gastro pubs within walking distance.
