Beautiful hut. Nicely fitted out with everything you need for a short break away from it all. Friendly and very welcoming owners. Directions supplied were very precise, so even though its a hidden gem, it was very easy to find! We're already planning our next visit!

Perfect location, the most beautiful views of sunset and sunrise. The seating area outside was lovely! Especially with the warm weather!!

The location is very quiet and fairly secluded. lovely brazier outside to light a fire and have a glass or two. We ate at the Crown one evening but is definitely a drive away. Enough facilities in the hut to be able to sort out a meal on the next evening. I didn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised.

No egg-cups! Hut is positioned on the edge of a gravel driveway and I was very aware of cars moving in the night. Fridge quite noisy, but that could have been due to exceptionally hot weather.

beautiful accommodation, bed very comfy. Clean and all mod cons inside the hut. Shower was good. Heard the owls and saw bats when sitting around fire pit. Host was very kind, providing fresh milk, tea, coffee etc. Tranquil setting, host provided logs and kindling for fire. Was a very special place to stay and relax. Highly recommend.

Everything about it we liked. Great location, and relaxing space. Shepherd hut done out very well. Enjoyed relaxing in front of the fire outside.

Bed cushions need a wash. Pillows were fine but it was the floral ones that were marked. Few areas of mould in bathroom around sink tiles & roof of shower but other than that really very clean. Thank you.

No breakfast. Location was very quiet & tranquil. The mattress was super. Plenty of lighting. Good shower.

A few areas needs a little more attention to detail with cleaning but I'm probably being fussy as a professional cleaner 😉 (had to look for them)

That Bar Fridge is SO noisy - is it broken ? I can normally sleep through anything but I had to get up in middle of the night to turn it off as it was waking me up Although the WiFi was very good the TV Reception was not really functional - was hard to watch/listen to anything I switched it off and used my phone For the price, A Couple of teabags / small jar coffee would have been nice as I did notice milk was left in fridge

Thousands of pillows but No duvet, Just a thin blanket. We didn't see any instructions prior to arrival to bring bedding.

Clear instructions for the location and key access. Very very clean, fresh tidy. Well equipt. Very comfortable.

Bedding didn't seem fresh? Shower hose dirty, glass lampshades very dusty. Shower just ran boiling hot so couldn't use it.

Value for money. Tea, coffee and milk supplied. Cute hut.

Problem with boiler. Had cover off and had to turn the leever on and off to use water, as otherwise water constantly running. Waiting for plumber to sort for them. Bed was so high it was hard to get on. Eventually found a wooden block under the bed to use as a step. Bed was uncomfortable and I ended up with back, shoulder and neck pain. Didn't expect this, as it says luxury shepherds hut. That with unfortunately the bad torrential rain and winds shaking the hut made me not stay the 2nd night and I went home in the evening to sleep in the comfort of my own home. Squeezed between the cottage and someone else's drive. Tiny fridge. Was disappointed as waited to get away on my own for a while.

Could have been cleaner, fag butts outside on the floor put us off a bit, only got 1 towel each, no hand towel in the bathroom, kitchen wasn't clean enough in my opinion, the kettle, toaster and shelves where the dishes were kept needs a good clean, wasn't terrible but wasn't ten out of ten either!

Very cute and cosy! Bed very comfy, parking right outside and very easy to find. Very private, were left too it by our hosts which we liked. Brilliant value for money for the place.

when I arrived there was hair ,where someone had previously shaved, on the sink. Cob webs in window. Crumbs by the toaster, half a frozen melon in the fridge? Did make me wonder how clean the bedding was.

Very cute and comfortable place to stay. All facilities worked fine! Tucked away but good pubs!

A tree close by was hitting the top of the hut which caused a little noise. However we slept through it perfectly!

Super clean! The bed was extremely comfortable. We were provided with milk, tea bags, sugar and many other pieces of kitchen supplies to keep us going!

The cleanliness of the property was not good. Arriving to a dirty baby wipe/tissue on the table. Thick dust in corners of bed area, thick dust on back of tv. Cobwebs everywhere, we did not finish our stay unfortunately and left a night early to go home which was a real shame. Kettle was full of limescale and generally needed a deep clean.

Lovely setting, quiet, and nice views of an orchard. Lovely village, shower very powerful. Toilet roll provided and a nice gesture as was a little milk in the fridge.
