Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomAll good
Lovely position by a wild beach with crashing waves. We had a fantastic trip organised by the hotel to nearby Sandy Island, one of the highlights of our holiday. The hotel had a delightful pool and charming restaurant. We really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

United KingdomThe hotel isn't state-of-the-art but in many ways that's its charm
Great escape and very relaxing. Spectacular location on the exposed north coast overlooking the sea. It was windy and rough during our stay which only added to the relaxed remoteness of the Petite Anse.

This up-market hotel is far away from the chaos of Great Anse Beach. Individual detached chalet rooms give privacy and peace.

United StatesOur only negative was on a few occasions we felt that the wait staff at the restaurant didn’t seem to see us, even though they were not very busy. We certainly weren’t in any hurry, but we sat for a long time before we could get anyone’s attention to just get a menu. If we were supposed to do something different when we arrived no one shared that with us. This was an evening issue, not breakfast. ( The food was excellent and the views from the restaurant were stunning.)
While Petite Anse is a distance from many of the area attractions, that is precisely what we loved. Quiet, private, beautiful location. When we wanted to get out and about, the drivers they arranged for us were excellent. When we wanted to fully relax, we had a beach, a pool and our porch looking out at the sea. The staff was welcoming and attentive with the one exception noted below.

United KingdomIt needs updating. I am all for eco, but in the room the bathroom really needed some TLC, the beach was so natural there was some garbage and a large palm leaf fell right near my head- but they provide the only shade. For the whole complex only 5 beach lounger chairs, one broken, all filthy. The dinner was a choice of 3 items, crazy expensive and all very sweet. Drinks at the bar were pricey and with the cheapest local rum available, hard to drink. there are lovely rums on the island...
The views from our room were amazing, we stayed in the Nutmeg Room and the balcony was the biggest and most beautiful I ever had with a room. Ocean a little wild but fun if you are use to oceans, warm water and gorgeous. Breakfast was lovely - full English if you like, also fresh bread, cake, granola, cereals, etc. Service is ok, better than evening. Pool is pretty, with nice lounge chairs with cushions and umbrellas.

United KingdomTranquility totally spoilt by noisy children visiting. Although beautiful spot meant for peaceful relaxation, not a lot to do locally. Disappointed not to swim in sea as advised not to. Owner seemed stressed and unfriendly as opposed to the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Light bulbs that were not working not replaced in dining area and old deflated balloons left from February 7th Independence Day celebrations, a month ago. Threadbare table cover on breakfast table and whole area feels a bit run down with little coherence or updating of decor. Difficult to find due to lack of road signs. Sauternes (local town) uninspiring and aggressive.
Amazing view, nice rooms, good pool & lovely scenery. Friendly staff.

United StatesThe only thing that could have been better would have been to have more information provided about the available excursions and to have walking maps availalbe at the front desk.
Our stay at Petite Anse was wonderful. Our room was spacious, clean, had a nice view of the ocean and you could hear the waves. The breeze keeps the mosquitos away and the temperature comfortable. The breakfast was good and we had two dinners there that were also good. The staff is friendly and the grounds are well kept. There is plenty of parking and the location is good to visit places in the north i.e. Bathway Beach, the Belmont Estate, the Antoine Rum distillery and the Welcome Stone.

United KingdomBreakfast was rather disappointing. Choice of fresh fruit very limited, though cooked breakfast was OK.Dinner had 3 choices of mains, though accompanying vegetables were al dente in the extreme.
The beach was easily accessible & not crowded. Stunning sea views, though sea rather rough so swimming limited. Few sunbeds & only 4 with mattresses, tho during our stay only one or two people used the beach. Nice swimming pool - kept clean & sufficient sunbeds & shade. Staff helpful, particulay Dona in reception. Rooms had lovely views and were unpretentious. Some nice touches, e.g. jug of milk in fridge on arrival. Reception would arrange local trips & Armaillo restaurant around the corner served outstanding food.

United StatesThe bathroom was very hot and did not smell great. Some of the staff were lovely and welcoming while others seemed annoyed at our every request. I don't blame the staff for being tired though, because it seemed like they worked extremely long shifts. This place is beautiful but probably not the pick if you're wanting a proper luxury vacation- remember you're in the jungle!
Overall Petit Anse is a nice hotel, and we had a good stay. The breakfast that was included was great, the beach was beautiful and we loved swimming all day. The view from the room was amazing.

United StatesBreakfast was good, but there’s room for improvement. For example, it would have been nice to have a cold cheese/cold cuts platter and real butter. The margarine provided was not very tasty. Also, there are a few cats that live at the property whose existence can be described as benign neglect. They were underweight and one had an open wound on its neck. The only one with a name, Tommy, lived outside my cabin during my stay. He is a sweetheart and one of the best things about my stay.
The setting was beautiful

United KingdomThe location is very remote; there isn't much to see or do within two hours of the hotel and the beaches in the area are very rough (by Grenadian standards!) and windswept. The food at the restaurant wasn't to the standard one might expect for a hotel of this class and especially where there are limited alternative venues.
1. Breakfast was excellent! The cooked options were consistently well prepared. Fruit was always good! 2. The gardens are beautiful; as is the pool 3. The cottages are stunning; 4. The view is wonderful! 5. The cocktails (and bar staff) are excellent

United KingdomCould freshen up a little .
The location is an hour 20mins from the airport and taxi costs £80 each way for two, this is a set back when compared to Grand Anse resorts . However , ‘paradise found ‘ as per the brochure is the compensation . We enjoyed the solitude n the lapping waves right at our beach front chalet . Food is well thought out , we loved the fried Grenadian fish n chicken especially ( for lunch ). Service is gentle n charming . Facing the dining area are various islands, Carriacou particularly is interesting n we wish to plan a longer stay next visit . Grenada is a very special island for the proud Grenadians n tourists alike . Petite Anse exemplifies this observation . Thank you indeed . Nigel n Ching

United StatesThe facility was beautiful and mostly well maintained, but we were disappointed with the beach. We were not expecting a swimming beach, but it was neglected. They had made no effort to clean up the seaweed, palm fronds, odd plastic bottles, and other rubbish, etc. There were a couple beach chairs, but no cushions. Definitely not a welcoming place to sit and relax. Fortunately there was a nice pool up the hill.
Breakfast was really good.
