We liked everything.

Everything was perfect. The family that runs the hotel is incredibly sweet and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Our stay was quiet, while being only a few minutes away from the main square and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Also, when initially checking in, go inside through the supermarket entrance. Absolutely recommended.

The lady who runs this property is amazing. Good breakfast with lactose free options (on demand). Great view from the balcony. private parking (although a limited one).

The breakfast didn’t have much choice, it was a little poor compared to other places we had been.

The room was very comfortable, quite big and everything was clean. The hosts were nice and good location.

Cheap and very clean place with nice staff. Tasty breakfast and an unbeatable view from the terrace. Buy a bottle of their homemade wine - it’s very good.

We arrived late at night, straight from the airport. The staff waited for us and welcomed us. The view from the balcony is excellent. Nice breakfast

Don't have.

The owner and staff very nice. We feel like visiting auntie's home. She try to communicate in English with us. She show us the parking, facilities and breakfast room even though we arrived late at 10PM. The downstairs is the supermarket. The breakfast is enough and always top up by staff.

The reception is in the supermarket, and there is a guesthouse on the second floor. Except for the reception, the facilities are as good as a 5-star hotel. Svetitskhoveli Cathedral is right next door. From the veranda, you can see the Jvari Monastery and the cathedral, and it is even more beautiful at night when it is lit up. Cafe Vaginetti on the Kura River is also great.

The location was excellent and we really enjoyed the view from the terrace on the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Check in was a little confusing, with there being no reception that we could find.

We had a very nice room with a comfortable bed and a good hot shower. The WiFi worked very well for us and parking was secure in the driveway to the rear of the hotel. The communal terrace had excellent views to the magnificent Cathedral and Jvari Monastery in the distance. Our room was quiet, yet only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and the main square. Breakfast was all home made and delicious, and was served on the ground floor, rather than the lounge area on the first floor.

We came by a rent-a-car and it was not easy to find it as the signage was not so obvious.

Svetitskhoveli Cathedral is right next to the hotel and you can see it from the hotel balcony. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and it’s very convenient if you want to buy drinks and food. The room rate is very reasonable.
