Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We really enjoy our stay! We feel in Ailama Hotel like at home. Modern and spacy rooms, comfortable beds and amazing view from our room. Staff were very kind and helpful (assisted us with private transport to Zugdidi). Breakfast was great every day, with variety of meals. Coffee was prepared in the bakery next door, fresh cakes from the bakery were also served for breakfast. Hotel is close to the centre, there is a shop across the street and nice restaurant next door.

Nothing. It was perfect.
This was such a great stay. I didn’t want to leave the room because of how warm and comfortable it was. Breakfast was delicious and on big quantity as well. My room was 10/10 on cleaniness and had everything I needed. Definitely an incredible hotel and a delicious bakery smell right when you come in. The merengue/coconut cake is to die for! Delicious!

Love this place! The stuff is amazing! Breakfast was great every day, with variety of meals and hot drinks. View was amazing from our room. There is central heating system, so you will not get cold. Mattresses and pillows are pure clouds. We was traveling with or frenchie, so there was no extra charge for a dog. Also the place have a bakery and it was warm smell of baked goods all the time, which was extra warming point during cold season.

room seems not ready. The toilet light above the mirror was not fixed leaving the wire dangling. The shower has no curtain. They fix it but not enough to cover the water from splashing. No water bottle and cups. Just boiling kettle till we request. we can feel bed spring and its slant one side. Hotel looks new but matress maybe too old. Breakfast was simple but that was ok for the price

Highly recommended place!!! I would like to mention a few things: 1. The place was neat, clean and really cozy. 2. They saw that we are Israelis, and asked us if we keep kosher and there is a need for consideration (we don't, but the thought was really nice). 3. We told them we were on our honeymoon, they treated us with wine, pastries and fruit. 4. They were available for anything needed with a smile and patience :) 5. Really good breakfast!

street noise
comfortable and large room comfortable bed clean environment when we checked in we were offered a choice of a room with windows facing the street or the garden. i recommend the garden, the street is a bit busy especially at night rich breakfast including cakes

There was a bit of a noise coming from the corridor when other guests arrived or left their rooms.
We loved this stay in Mestia. The hotel has a great, central location. Our room was spacious and it overlooked the mountains. The breakfast was all homemade and everything was tasty. We could even get a nice cup of Americano early in the morning as downstairs they have a cafe and bakery. The owners helped us arrange a private jeep tour to Ushguli for the next day which was excellent.

Just one minus - rather weak wi-fi signal. Have problems with that, but at the end I used the internet from my phone
Amazing experience. Very nice and hospitable hostess, clean and comfortable room with stunning view and the best location. I want to back again in the winter because of fireplace :)
