-The hotel is old. -There were no glasses in the room. -The shower was leaking in the bathroom and the handle in the bedside table was broken. -There wasn’t water in the pool shower and the toilet wasn’t working.

Food selection at breakfast in not rich; swimming poll and spa area needs more attention; meals in restaurant are overpriced; TV channels selection is very limited; lack of smiling and welcoming staff.

Hotel's location and view from the balcony is excellent. Rooms with balcony in the main road side are bright large enough. Bathroom size is also good and all the necessary amenities were present. TV set was large enough, but TV channels selection is very limited. Water temperature in indoor pool was very pleasant, but other spa facilities were in darkness and under construction. Car parking is available and just a few steps from the hotel entrance.

Waiters skills could be improved. Very slow, kept forgetting the order, was asking to pay in the middle of the dinner. Twice it tool them like 30 minutes with reminds to bring water.

Bicycle rent is only for the territory of the hotel. This is ridiculous There is no where you can ride. Only on the parking lot. It would be great if you can go by bicycle to the monastery or elsewhere. (I thought it is because they are afraid of the bikes thefts, but bikes are very old so probably this a is management gap.

Nice cozy hotel in the middle of vineyards. Nature is nice. Monastery of Zegaani is quite close to walk or have a ride by car or atv. Nice wines in the shop and restaurant. View from the rooms is superb.

I booked a room with a pool view but the pool was barely seen from the room I got.

- The rooms were supposed to be sound-proof. This is definitely not the case: you could hear every single word from the neighbouring room and it was not possible to sleep because it felt the man snorring in the other room was laying next to you. - Late in the evening we discovered ants in the bathroom, but 2-3 ants are not a bigh thing, especially when't is late. But in the early morning their number multiplied and they appeared also in the bed. The friendly staff said it's due to the location in the nature, but in an upper floor, in winter and in a 4-star hotel i don't expect ants in the bathroom or bed. No discount, but we received a bottle of wine the next day (not from the own vineyard but from the supermarket, but at least they tried to make it up). - We planned to use the option of renting the free bikes to explore the surrounding. Turns out we were not allowed to leave the hotel area, what would mean to cycle 50m back and forth on the hotel parking lot. Besides, bike were in a very bad condition (saddles were loose, tires porous and the bike chains rusty).

The staff members are friendly and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious, we enjoyed the high quality of all meals that we ordered. Spa and sauna area is nice (although herbal sauna and steam bath were not available), but great for a small swim and relaxing. Lots of treatment rooms for massages, etc. but we didn't use them. The breakfast was also great and offered a big variety of different dishes. It was even more a brunch than merely a breakfast. Coffee could have been better though, it was just filter coffee (in this hotel categorie different options would be nice: americano, espresso, capuccino, latte, etc.).

There are some friendly advices for this property. it would be good to have a decaffeinated coffee in the bar menu. We couldn’t leave TIPs with card and it would be good for both staff and guests to add this option while payment. Mini bar in the room is very poor, it would be great to add some other alcoholic drinks in there (gin,rum, semi sweet wine (we only had dry ones) ). Property doesn’t answer booking.com messages, but later we made a call to the hotel reception and they are answering really fast.

Staff is very good, they are attentive, helpful and friendly. Location is good, beautiful views.

there is no modes of internal transport to see local sightseeing . we ended up just being at the resort . there no nearby restaurants . its actually in middle of nowhere . Nearest department store is 1.7 km away . has basic utility items . quite pricey to stay . They dont have coffee and Tea in the room .

They could have added fresh bottles of mineral water every day and refilled the bottles of soaps if needed in our room .

The workers were ready nice.Especailly the young waiters were really friendly , happy and warm. They behaved 5 stars .You could see that they all had exceptional training. Well done! The wine baths and scrub was excellent too .Plus thumbs up to the lady who pampered us .🥰🏆

The price of the hotel doesn’t adjust to the facilities given to the guest. For instance breakfast was not what we were expecting, again considering the price we paid per night. My stay here was pleasant, although, comparing to many other hotels in Kakheti, with much lower prices and the same facilities is the reason why I wouldn’t be coming back here.

Rooms were very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Swimming pools are both indoors and outdoors which allowed us to go back and forth considering the heat at the time we were staying here.
