Well, you need to be ready that the apartment is not super modern. Lots of different things inside need to be changed/repaired because they are "tired". Of course it will increase the price.

Perfect location and price. Large and quiet apartment near different places you may want to visit in the city center. Everything is pretty clean and useful. The street road is narrow and not very "popular", so you don't hear the cars during the day/night. A playground just in front of it was a very big plus.

We could have started earlier for the tour to explore of of the places and although was too kind to us, it would be nicer if he can explain the places where to go.

Actually we only booked for the room only and location near to the heart of the city. The apartment owners were so great. We consider the place same as our own home. Homy, comfortable and quite . From day 1 to day 3 the owner brought us to famous places in Georgia. I can recommend to my friends and relatives if they are looking for a cheap and good place to stay.

A very comfortable and nicely furnished apartment is in the centre of Tbilisi, just a few steps from the city's main square and the Liberty Metro Station. There are many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood; my favourite one is Pasanauri. The host was very lovely and supportive. Met me at the arranged time and came to take the keys at the requested time. The apartment was very warm and comfortable, and the bed was very comfy. There were 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and a kitchen in the apartment. The apartment occupies 2 floors, in the first floor 1 kitchen and 1 bedroom and the main rooms, including the bathroom were on the 2nd floor.

We were just bit surprised with a wall full of religious photos. Maybe praying area. The photos are many. The living room carpet seems not wash for a long time. The mattress in 2 bedrooms are not comfortable. It is sunken. We were expecting for 2 bathroom stated in booking.com, but there is ony 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. Downstairs no shower. Toilet downstairs has unpleasant smell like sewage. But host was so good to make it away. However the smell remains. We chose the place merely for the parking in the yard. but the situation so complicated as we need to adjust the car accordingly with the neighbors and we need to keep update with the host on our moving time. So that our car will no be block. There is no flexibility to move our car freely whenever we want for our travel time

Location is centre of liberty square. Host is very good and welcoming. The apartment have strong religious culture and photos. In the morning u will get blessing water. The house is warm in the cold day as strong heater. We got the basic facilities such as washing machine, kitchen, iron etc. Host welcome us to check in earlier than the check in time
