Nothing, everything was great!

It took a few minutes to find the place, but once we arrived, the owner and his family gave us a warm welcome, even offering some of their homemade Cha Cha and gifting us a small bottle to keep warm during the evenings. The accommodation was excellent—comfortable beds, cozy and warm inside, and in a good location within walking distance to most shops. Unfortunately, we punctured our tire the day after we arrived, but Archii and his family went above and beyond to help us out. They assisted with the tire and even offered us a ride back to Tbilisi. They truly exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

There is only one shared shower/toilet, so sometimes you have to wait a while for it to be free. I found the pillows a bit hard too.

The hosts are so hospitable and friendly, giving me chacha and Georgian brandy after I'd come back from my walks. Breakfast is amazing (so much food, I could just about eat half of it!). Beds are reasonably comfortable and the location is good, within walking distance of everything. There is an amazing view of Gergeti Trinity Church and Mount Kazbek from the balcony too.

Room was quite noisy. We slept under one of their rooms and you could hear people running/walking until late. Bathroom had a lot of mould

Great location near main facilities. Archil is a generous host, he offered us chacha and pancakes in the morning. Coffee and tea are also available for guests. The room was quite big and shared toilet was clean.

Archil and Nino are SUCH lovely hosts, very warm and welcoming. The beds are so comfortable. Tea and coffee available. Helped us with transport in the local area. Bathroom and bedroom very very clean. Amazing view of Mt Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church from the balcony - wow!

What truly made our stay exceptional was the hosts warm hospitality. They greeted us with chacha, prepared amazing breakfast and dinner, organized a tour for a hike. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable – truly a great place to stay

The room was a little chilly, we had no access to a fridge, and the Wi-Fi was a little weak. I would happily stay there again nonetheless; none of these issues was a real problem.

Nino and Archil are wonderful hosts. They gave us complimentary buttermilk pancakes upon our arrival, they explained the schedule for the local minibuses to us, and they were available to take any questions which we had. The guesthouse is in a quiet corner of town near a couple of hiking trails and just a few hundred metres from the town's centre, both the breakfast and the dinner which they serve (for an added charge) are superb, and the views from the guesthouse are outstanding.
