Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GeorgiaI stayed in the tent and it was a little bit damp inside after the rain but you can’t control the weather after all😬
The location is great, the territory is beautiful and big enough for walking around! they have their own garden with vegetables and herbs. It’s also nice to be able to relax by the pool when it’s hot. The staff of the hotel is amazing, they game me plenty of recommendations of what to do and were super friendly overall!

RussiaWe weren't able to go quad biking. They need to be booked in advance.
It's great that you can take a taxi to get there and get back. The food in the restaurant is really good. I also liked the pool.

GeorgiaWe went on holiday with friends. We liked everything very much! Comfortable conditions, the room has everything you need. The location of the glamping is great, next to a small river. We would also like to mention the friendly staff, always ready to answer any questions. Definitely will return with friends there again and recommend to come there, you will be satisfied.

GeorgiaIt's a little bit sad that all fireplaces are quite far from the teepees, on the field, although completely understandable for safety reasons. Also, there could be kettles in the teepees. The staff brought us a thermos for the evening, but it took some time, plus not being able to make a cup of tea or some quick porridge for a kid that woke up early is a bummer =( And since the teepees are warmed by two electric heaters, which need way more power that a kettle and are far more dangerous fire-wise, I really find no explanation for this. In a teepee booked for a family of 4 (which has a bed and a sofa) we only found 1 sheet, 2 pillows and 2 blankets. Good thing we brought plaids, but I'd recommend to check the linen right away to ensure you've got an adequate amount of it. And last minor suggestion to the owners - consider having a stack of cold water near the sauna (maybe a barrel with a bucket). Between a sauna and a 40-degree whirlpool, it wasn't easy to cool down even on a chilly late October evening - a splash of cold water would really be amazing =)
Amazing location! The area is surrounded by mountains, the teepees stand among the trees, and there's a small stream just a few steps away. It's incredibly beautiful in autumn, and looks like even midsummer there's enough shade. The last few minutes of the road are tricky, especially on the way back (uphill) and for a heavy car, but our minivan made it =) The venue is very beautifully decorated, recreating an atmosphere of an open-air festival. Teepees are located perfectly - close to each other and to the toilet/ shower facilities (clean and spacious, by the way), but with sense of privacy due to proper use of landscape curves and trees. They are quite comfortable inside and have their separate chill-out areas in front with tables, benches and a hammock. We booked a sauna, which by itself is nothing special (a small dry Finnish one), but it comes with a fireplace right next to it and a whirlpool bath big enough for a company of 6, but shallow enough so that 3 y.o. kids can stand safely in the middle and don't need to be held constantly. The combination is really great for having a nice time with friends and family. Breakfast was very satisfying for both adults and kids (eggs, salad, bread with amazing butter with herbs, bacon and drinks), plus there are vegetarian and vegan options available. We haven't ordered from the restaurant during the day, but it looked promising. Overall, we really regretted booking for just one night! No one wanted to leave, and we are definitely coming here again!

ArmeniaThe music is too loud and doesn't ease you into a relaxing food. It really spoil the impression, doesn't allow you to experience silence. Sometimes I felt like I was in a nightclub in Tbilisi - which is not what I had in mind when I booked Gypsy Village and drove out of the city :)
Stylish and though out glamping, with delicious food and wonderful staff. Nice pool and hot tub to relax. Great location, hills, forest, river...

United KingdomWe arrived late but the staff (Lili) waited for us and was understanding. The place itself was great, cozy with fresh and clean bed sheets. Each tent has its own toilet with a shower in a separate building. The staff speaks in English and were helpful. In the morning, we had a quick, delicious breakfast with vegetarian and vegan options alongside the regular toast with egg and bacon. Well worth the money.

GeorgiaWe had to walk 200m to the bathroom from our tents. Service needs to improve. We stayed for just one night and one group had a very loud Russian party in the center of the location so we had to stop them at 2 A.M. because we couldn't sleep and nobody was stopping them. With one visit, we realized that this business belonged to the Russians, although there were no signs of supporting Ukraine and Georgia.
We stayed in Family Tents. Tents were OK. Each tent have its own terrace. During the day it's very hot inside, but in summer night the temperature is comfortable. The location is great and very quiet. There is a restaurant, a small pool, and several spaces for relaxation.
