Extremely noisy place - random people walking till 5am at corridor, talking, playing music, videos. Because of this we didn't feel safe. Main door of this hostel is opened 24h. Very lively neighborhood - racing cars, firecrackers, noisy cats and people outside Seriously, I felt like I was on a movie set, but one I didn't want to be on anymore. Cheap, but not worth this money.

The room is so big compare to other guest houses, warm and very pleasant stay in this hostel, first of all i want to thank Ms. Eva for taking care of us, such a nice wonderfull person treat us a family❤️ its my 3rd time on this place and i will be back again very soon. 🇬🇪🇵🇭🇶🇦❤️

As someone who was there for exploring it was perfect location from the main attractions. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property exceeded my expectation. The lovely caretakers of the property were always present for the support I needed during my stay. I was glad to be staying here. Despite Tbilisi buzzing tourist location it is peaceful and you can be sure to get a goodnight sleep during your stay. Thank You At Funicular Hostel Fam!!!

Honestly I got uncomfortable impression, our room had smell of dampness and it had stains on walls, old furniture and it’s right by left hand from reception (administrator couch) so it has the thin badly closed door.. also nor toilets, nor showers looked well clean with all the damage from use and uncleaned spots. The soap was dilluted with water so much I didn’t felt that I wash my hands at all. Also the stained from age floor which creak and even if you go really quiet in a corridor it is still loud and can be very unpleasant for dormitory room. Administrator feels like a sweet guy but there was too much uncomfortable for me things there sadly :( I wish all the improvements!

The location is pretty good, especially if you’re interested in visiting Mtatsminda Park. A washing machine and you can hand your clothes outside to dry them but no laundry detergent is included

There was nothing that I can complain about, just a little recommendation would be emphasizing learning English even mine is not that better 🤭

It was great staying in this hostel. I have found the facilities more than I expected and got free amenities as well. Thanks to Eva who helped me out for renting a airport shuttle with very fair price. I would recommend my friends and those who are reading this review to book and stay in this hostel as this is not expensive at all.Good luck
