United Arab EmiratesI really liked the location of the hotel, very close to the ski lift. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessities, including a washing machine, which was a big plus. The balcony offered a lovely view and added a nice touch to the overall experience. One of the highlights was the private spa within the building. It included an outdoor swimming pool and offered discounted access for residents, which made it even more appealing. Eva, who manages the hotel apartments , was professional, spoke very good English, and was responsive via WhatsApp. She answered every question promptly. She was the only one who was genuinely helpful and approachable, as the rest of the staff didn’t seem as welcoming or easy to talk to. However, I have to mention the downside: the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, way too rigid for a good night of sleep. I even tried the sofa, hoping for a better rest, but unfortunately, it was worse. As a result, I didn’t sleep well during my entire stay and woke up every day with back pain. This significantly impacted my overall experience, and I would strongly suggest the hotel to consider upgrading the bedding.

QatarGreat location and view from the balcony. Breakfast is average and could be improved. Sofa beds are comfortable. Toilet lock was broken! Heater temperature cannot be controlled and it was too hot inside the room when it was 1degrees outside. We had to leave the balcony doors slightly open to sleep. It seems to be a general problem in most places in Gudauri.

GeorgiaLady at the reception was kind of rude but she did reply on whatsapp super quick. Little disappointed with the view because we booked for the view as well but got first floor. Rooms definitely were smaller than the pictures but manageable.
The location was the best because it was pretty close to the skiing, biking, cable car and ski lift facilities. The breakfast was decent, not great.

IndiaThe breakfast was disappointing with minimal and repetitive options. There was no fan or AC ventilation, which made it difficult to sleep since I’m used to sleeping with air movement. The parking situation was also inconvenient, with limited spaces often forcing me to park off-road. The WiFi signal was weak in the room, so I had to rely on mobile data. I also noticed some dust in the room, suggesting that the place hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. Lastly, the toilet seat had some marks on it, which was a bit off-putting.
Host Ms.Eva was very welcoming. The view from the room was beautiful, and the heating system worked well. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a TV that offered Netflix and Prime options. The bathroom was well-equipped with a bidet, and the water quality was excellent, as it was spring water

PakistanBed mattress was not comfortable. Although it was an Apartment, there was no kitchen except a microwave. The bathroom was not fully equipped with accessories. It looks that construction work was not complete. Breakfast quality was very poor. Moreover, breakfast timing was also very strange starting from 10 AM. So, it means if you have to move around, you will spend half the day in the room, then you will move out.
The building was newly constructed and reflects a decent look. The contact person was very cooperative and helpful. The room has a good size refrigerator and microwave. TV size was good. The sofa was more comfortable than the bed. The sofa was a sofa cum bed.
