Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Though I only stayed here for one night I was really pleased with the accomodation. The dorm room was very comfortable and the sheets and linen were nice. The rooms, including the common area and kitchen are quite spacious. The owner/manager was sweet and explained everything in good detail. For the price, this is great, and I plan to stay here again next time I need accomodation in Tbilisi

Internet was slow in the dormitory.

Old kitchen equipments
Clean and quiet place. Located on a cool, quiet, clean neighborhood. You can find everything close by. There is a shop literally next to the hostel that you can find almost everything and it is open till late hours. We stayed in the double room which has a super comfortable bed and a balcony. Kitchen has old utensils and lack of some equipment but it is again super comfortable and useful. Also super safe.

We really liked our stay at Benevo hostel. Salome is a lovely person, was easy to communicate with to organise arrival, she is super friendly and smiley, great energy. Well equipped kitchen, kept clean, big dining table. Good bathrooms as well, very clean. Very comfortable bedroom with a little balcony. Possibility to use washing machine for free- just use your own powder. Supermarket 5 minutes walk to the main street, but there is a small fruits shop, a bakery and a spar just below/next door. Good atmosphere and value for money.

Just look for the black railing staircase located just after the Spar and Entree Cafe. There's no sign so just open the black door and walk in. Write to Salome to let her know your arrival time as she's not always here. Then you'll be all set for a great stay
Amazing hostel run by a truly exceptional and caring young lady. Wow, is all I can say!! After a horrific earlier explain in another hostel, this place was truly exceptional. Very clean and spacious. Great bathroom and kitchen facilities plus a very friendly and welcoming environment. Lots of shops and supermarkets in the immediate area and access to numerous public transport options. The owner is herself truly wonderful and really cares about her guests. The real motherly type!

The location is on Atenti street, much closer to Chavchavadze Avenue than Google maps suggest. It's next to the Spar and Entree cafe. The beds are very comfortable, and a large space at the front. Washing is free and the host is very nice and friendly. i will stay here again.

The only thing I could say is Please add a sign to the door because it's really impossible to find and the location market on goggle and booking is not correct it's market on a different building but it's right next to spar
Good place to stay staff very nice and speaks good English The owner lady always try to keep Everything clean but she isn't really there all day only for cleaning or check inn Clean toilets and shower Rooms Washing machine is free too Good value for location Wi fi is fast but the signal in dorm was weak but when you sit in the kitchen it's very good and fast

I had a pleasant stay at Benevo, the bets are very comfortable and it’s nice to have the curtain for privacy. The hostel is nice and spacious and the shower facilities are good. Salome is a good host and speaks good English

Bathroom and toilet need to be repair and if you r light sleeper like me so couldn’t sleep well maybe this is not your best option since dom room near the window and you can hear everything people walk down on that street and talk but if ask about reasonable with price I might say ya
The things I like about this hostel is Shaloma she is a nice friendly receptionist
