Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesGetting there is a bit tough - its hidden behind a street and isnt accessible directly by road so you have to park a bit far and then walk across another garden and then actual sand to reach hotel. Access can be made much better
Such a comfortable room, very nice beds, spacious room and the most amazingly decorated and comfortable bathroom that I've seen in my stays. It was a perfect stay. Superb views of the Black Sea and the Adjaran mountains.

GermanyAs mentioned by others, the included breakfast is substandard from what we got elsewhere in Georgia. Still it is ok. Due to a storm the beach was super dirty - cleaning the part in front of the hotel was obviously not in the interest of the propery. Lots of dogs at the beach... No housekeeping during our stay. You pay for the (fantastic) views.
The hotel is really beautiful, fanstastic location and the beach would have been fine (if the weather would have been good). Rooms are stylish and very clean. Dinner in the neighbor hotel is very good. Sleep with the sound of the ocean. Beach not crowded.

BelarusNeiborhood is a bit off if you looking for some activities. But for us it was more of an advantage.
We liked the hotel, and I would definitely recommend it. Nice design, especially liked bathroom.

PolandBreakfast could be richer, taking into consideration the price we paid. One slice of sausage, one egg, two slices of bread seems too little. Also it is very important to give some fresh air to the apartment while the humid air is everywhere.
The hotel is literally on the beach. The view from the windows and balconies is breathtaking. The place is perfect for chilling, relaxing and listening to the sounds of the sea. The host is really helpful, we asked for a Ureki train station transfer and we got it. Thanks!

NetherlandsAs other people pointed out, the place is hard to find, but then again, it is on the beach, so that makes a bit of sense. The parking makes less sense, because it is so cramped that you regularly will be blocked in by cars from the other hotel. Arriving at the luxurious room, we found that it was still occupied by someone else. The owner claimed he had left (without taking laptop, wallet and phone?!), so I was surprised to find someone entering my room while I was in the shower. My friend then came over to my room to inquire whether our towels were also wet. And if we had a bath plug, because their bathtub (which already is something else then the hot tub listed in the advertisement) didn't have one. Fortunately, I could provide my friend with one, as we did have a plug but our system was broken. Let me pause here to say that the host is quite hostile in her responses to negative reviews on this website, so I'm sure she'll be able to explain all this away, or blame us for all of this (and call us liars!). But in fact, one of the main issues in this establishment is the total lack of supervision. So before the host blames us for not communicating about certain problems, let me state here that we would have loved some more communication. About the fact that in the 60 hours that we were there, we had no electricity (and thus no wi-fi, and far worse: no water!) for about 20 hours, for example. Or the mold(!) in the bread at the - for Georgian standards underwhelming, although ultimately passable - breakfast. Or why we had to answer questions everytime we used the kitchen (the listing said that the kitchen was free to use - we felt like we were intruding). But let us say again that none of it was Cinderella's fault, as she did her best, and was not given the resources and the training to run this place all by herself.
Let us start by saying that the location is great. Right on the beach. And the rooms are spacious and - at first glance - seem luxurious. Also, there is a Cinderella type girl - the only one who speaks a little English - who seems to do all the work and is very sweet. Unfortunately she was bossed around during the sparse moments that the owner(?) was there.

IsraelI feel the owners played a dishonest game with me. They called me the evening before my stay to tell me that the storm has ruined their yard, and that I may cancel with no charge if I wished so. It was too late for me to look for alternatives, I asked them if the parking was ok, and they said it was, so I decided not to cancel. The place was just impossible to find, and they sent someone to get me there. Arriving I found out that parking was in the muddy sand of the beach (luckily I had an SUV). The way from the parking to the room was through construction area, and you had to bend with your luggage under beams to pass through. The hostess did not speak a single English word, was moody and unfriendly. The room was nice, but the entire stay there was with no soul, absolutely unpleasant. Breakfast was just basic. It turned out that the storm that ruined their yard happened two months before. Why did they wait till the last minute to tell me that? On top of that, the place is very expensive in Georgian terms. I chose them and was ready to pay the high price for a nice and pleasant location on the beach. They should have told me the true condition of their estate when I made the order, rather than wait for the last minute.
Very nice and spacios room. Big and comfortable bathroom. The place is located directly at the beach

KazakhstanCleaning, in 7 days we hardly managed to get 3 cleanings (and hotel is literally on the beach, somehow sand is coming to the room, without daily floor cleaning it is a mess). Every time we had to request for cleaning, it is not done by default, putting a badge on the door with sign clean please is just ignored. Bring some mob with you. No refill of shampoo (anyway shampoo is awful) , toilet paper (begging again), first day they put coffee tea, and there is a kettle, than it is never refilled. Cooking smells, they serve breakfast (we didn't book one) and it smells for all floors. Also we were said that kitchen used for breakfast only, but sometimes they were cooking for themselves out of breakfast time. Hotel has no name on the building. Maybe because they have nothing to be proud of. Price we paid is not compatible with the service. Owner is more dealing with welcoming friends, relatives and have fun themselves. Numeral teenagers coming as a guests ruined sand castle build by my kids. When kids pointed that that's their castle, teenagers started to jump on it for fun. This example perfectly shows overall values of this guesthouse..
Location, comfy beds
