We had a great experience booking this apartment in Tbilisi! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly during check-in. We even got our room earlier than expected, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a cute balcony. Towels, bathroom amenities, and bed linens were all fresh and tidy. Having a kettle in the room was a nice bonus. Early checkout was no problem at all—the staff agreed without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Unlike the generally cold and unwelcoming service sector in Georgia, the staff at Constant Hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They did their best to ensure a comfortable stay. They even forgot to give us the entrance card at check-in, but they sincerely apologized and offered a free night’s stay as compensation—this truly shows their commitment to customer satisfaction! The hotel’s location is perfect—just a 4-5 minute walk to Freedom Square, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and markets nearby. Another great advantage is that there is usually parking available in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the ones with balconies offer a nice city view. Overall, a fantastic stay with a welcoming atmosphere, central location, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended

Very difficult to find the place as there is no name of the place outside the building especially if you don't have WiFi or data or call minutes, had to ask the taxi driver to call, luckily he did it.

Good location, close by al of places. Free coffee in the morning which is very nice. Staff very friendly and available for most of the time. Had a really nice stay here.

All is good, only it might be difficult to get the luggage upstairs with all the stairs.

A very nice hotel in the old city. The staff is very helpful - carefully described how to get to the hotel and the room (even if you arrive after 23:00). Also they have tea in every room and free coffee from 5 in the morning till noon. Overall, great experience!

The hotel was gorgeous and super clean and the girl at the reception desk were excellent. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Beautifully renovated hotel, located near major attractions, close to the Bridge of Peace and the Clock Tower are reachable by foot within two-three minutes. Freedom Square, Sulphur Baths and lower station of the cable car to Narikala are also comfortably within walking distance. Easy access to the restaurants, shops and Liberty Square and metro station. Everything about this property was outstanding. From the moment i stepped foot i were blown away by their excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you all, I certainly will be back again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room temperature was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. There was hot water available, and I especially appreciated the coffee provided at the reception in the mornings. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The location was also very convenient and easy to access. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Tbilisi. Only few minutes away from the city center and Liberty Square metro station. The staff was available almost all day for any concerns. The room was very big and spacious, clean and equipped with all the essentials for a short-term stay.

I did not mention any of these things as they did not bother me given the price, but just to be aware of. The street is quite darkly lit at night and the entrance to the building does not feel like a hotel at all, so for some this may be off putting. The street however does feel quite safe and once you are inside it all feels very secure and welcoming. The bathroom had a bit of a drain smell - I think more drainage system of the building than anything else, but I just kept the door closed to the bathroom and didn't notice it once extractor on. There is no TV as such, just Android apps which you have to sign in to your account for. The balcony in my room was small - you could not sit there, but it was cold outside so I didn't need to. The bed was a little hard - maybe they could add a mattress topper - but everyone has different tastes.

Lovely, bright, modern, spotlessly clean room with big windows, nice furnishings and finishings. Good communication. Run by a lovely young couple who are doing a wonderful job. It was halloween while I was staying and they baked themed cookies and made chocolates and little Halloween gifts for everyone in the hotel. Was so lovely. Good strong coffee and milk available in the mornings for free. Slippers, shampoo, body wash, towels available. Overall an excellent budget friendly, option for staying in Tblisi old town. The room and hotel far exceeded my expectations to be honest.
