The hotel doesn't have any signs from outside, and it's located on the third floor of a regular apartment building. We had to spend 20 mins to find the entrance even though we were standing in front of the building.

They accept only cash payment. So, this changes the plan. The room is a little bit cold in the first day. The heater on the wall at bathroom is was not working.

The location was perfect for walking around the old town. However, it is hard to reach by car due to the streets are narrow and there are some parked cars.

Entrance stairs was dark and well dodgy. The balcony door of our room didn’t close so the room was open to cold and noise and probably no safe. The reception knew about this but didn’t mention it, which was very poor to expect to rent a room in such conditions. This left us looking for another hotel in the middle of the night.

Location was good though the building itself inspire no confidence.

It's not that easy to understand how to find reception and get there, there's no lift but I understand it's the building issue. Rooms need urgent renovation, it was super hot inside as AC was not great, internet was not great either.

We were told we can get coffee in the morning, but every morning, there wasn't anyone at the desk. We stayed for two nights and the last morning we waited for more than an hour.

We booked our stay via Booking with breakfast included. However, when we arrived, the concierge told us there are only complementary muffins and coffee. He tried to help by speaking to the manager and providing ham and cheese sandwiches, but only after 09:15, which in our case, was rather late. Therefore, we skipped serving breakfast altogether at the hotel and had to sort out our own breakfast, which was an unplanned expense. The room was not clean enough, with a few huge spider webs around. The rooms are not very well isolated and we could hear everything during the night especially.

The location of the hotel is very good, even though the entrance is quite strange, it's basically a building without the name of the hotel written anywhere and you would have to go up the stairs (with no elevator) for 2 floors. The rooms are comfortable with a small fridge and a kettle. Also the bathroom is well equipped, the AC was great in the hot weather and we had a nice little balcony with a table and chairs.

No privacy, the hotel have one lobby area and all rooms are looking that lobby next to each other. And also room doors has small see through panels which you can see inside room from outside if you look close.

During winter room #9 on the bottom floor was very cold, the heating system was barely warm. Also panoramic window with that quality of heating is a problem as window area becomes freezing

staff is friendly but we had a bad experience first, they didn’t change the towel in 2 days and there is only tissue for the toilet second , there is no garbage in the room we need to go to the bathroom to put garbage third the refrigerator is leaking water and all our baggage was water inside fourth they didn’t clean the room in 2 days

the building was surrounded by worn out buildings that seem a little creepy especially when you have to walk up the stairs by 3 floors in complete darkness. there was no light at all inside the buildings and stairs, we had to use our flash lights in mobile phones. it is more like an unregistered apartment/ hotel rather than a proper establishment.

located in the quieter area of old town Tbilisi. a detailed instructions were given through Whatsapp a day before check in.

- The room was not cleaned during our entire stay. - Rubbish was also not thrown away. - The room has a couple of cups and coffee and tea, but no kettle. The fact that the hotel has a kitchen behind the reception - no one said, but we found out about it completely by accident
