This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we were very pleased. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, allowing us to get a good night’s sleep. The owners are a friendly and welcoming family, which adds to the pleasant experience. We especially liked the beautiful courtyard with flowers and string lights in the evening—it created a nice and cozy ambiance. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would be happy to come back.

A very cozy hotel with a wonderful hostess, Natalia. A bright room with a homely atmosphere, it was very warm and comfortable to sleep in December. The shared kitchen has everything you might need and even more. The windows offer a view of Kutaisi and the mountains.

Good location, near from Bagrati Cathedral and easy access to the old city. The kitchen and the dining room are well organized. Free coffee and tea are offered, as well as washing machine and ironing facilities. Super clean. Good value for money. Nice and welcoming hosts Natalya and David. Small and nice outdoor corner with cute kittens.
